Food was Luke warm,order was incorrect.Burger seemed to be pre- cooked and thrown back on...It was definitely not what we have always enjoyed there

I think this place is great for what it is. Quick, cheap, and greasy burger and fry joint. I think there's a beauty in that. It's certainly not fine dining, but it's certainly not pretending to be, and being able to grab a big lunch quickly without breaking the bank is great. Not a huge fan of their chili though, would avoid that.

This Jersey Johnny's on Newark Pompton Turnpike just across the Pompton River from the Wayne border, has the same superlative food as its namesake in Little Falls. The hot dogs are top notch, my favorite being the All The Way dog, with a chili that possesses a nice kick to it. My hamburger was done quite well with a caring crispness, and the coffee was on the spot. Service, though young, was outstanding and also informative. Not only did I learn a little more about the connection between the two Jersey Johnny's, but I also learned that there is a third eatery in the family, the Belmont Grill in North Haledon. All told, another very satisfying experience and a reason now to once again visit now two other locations.

The chili dogs were good, the Chicago dog was a mistake in New Jersey, food service was fast but beverage orders were messed up and required multiple trips to the counter for a cup. Loud television.

If your craving a good hotdog combo for a great price, this is a really good option. Order your dog "All the Way" and it will come with chili and mustard. Cheese and gravy fries were exceptional.
