We placed an order on their app. It said the order would be ready in 15 min. Over 25 minutes later, I’m still here in the store waiting for our order to be made. It took 30 minutes for two mini’s and a regular cheesesteak. With no apologizes for the delay. And to top it off, they couldn’t even cut my sub properly.

I sat here with a sandwich for about 30 minutes and witnessed the team that worked there speaking warmly and respectfully to each other and the customers. Each customer who came in was greeted in such a friendly way. I could tell the regulars by how they anticipated the warm welcome they were about to receive. The staff stayed focused on their work and stayed busy, but positive. I’m not one to write reviews, but this was remarkable.

After ordering online well in advance, my sandwich wasn't made which all well and understandable, but then the staff wouldn't even start my Sandwich despite me waiting there for some time, multiple people had this issue as well who ordered online, it would've been faster to go on the line and reorder my sandwich, but even them some workers were frequently disappearing to leave one person to deal with a crowd

When Erin slices your sandwich, you know its gonna be good. They don't call her the best slicer for nothing.
The food here is excellent, leagues above subway, and definitely worth the few extra dollars compared to QuickChek. #13 Mikes Way with pickles and CPR is the best, trust me. Also the #56 with chipotle mayo (some may call this the #99). The store also runs a lot of fundraisers to give back to the community which is a plus.
Fourth time to this location that this happened. Literally live 2 minute drive. Got a bread salad sandwich. 2 slices of meat. 1 slice cheese. It was supposed to be an Italian! Have pics to post but not able to. Support local businesses instead. This place is trash taking advantage of people that don’t know any better. SMH. Overpriced franchise garbage.
