My Bagel Heaven

I've had a lot of bagels, but this place has the best bagel you will ever experience in New Jersey, hands down. I didn't think there was a heaven for bagels but this is it.

Bagels ok. But Fox Channel on the tv in a business that’s ripe for an ICE visit- I mean cmon! Won’t return- can’t eat Fox inspired bagels.

Much better in the past. So many issues with getting phone order. Get overcharged for order, could not find order that was in plain sight all together in pick area. Literally had to walk employee through getting my entire order. Then to top if off, my Wife got sick after eating it. Been going for years but might need a change. Higher prices not in line with portions any longer. Sad but might need to eat elsewhere.

I grew up going to this shop every Sunday with my dad and sister until I moved to Orlando in high school. Every time I come back to visit I make sure to come to Bagel Heaven! This time I took my boyfriend who has not experienced the Jersey amazingness of a real bagel spot. This place has been consistently delicious for the 30 years I’ve been coming back.

It was very busy early Saturday morning (a sign it’s still a popular and local favorite) and even though it took a bit of time, the customer service was on top of it. We came back the next morning before going into the city. What a treat! My boyfriend was wow’d and I was happy that the consistency and nostalgia were still there. Can’t wait to go back!

Great bagels, but unfortunately their customer
service is lacking. I placed an online order, of which they didn’t give me all of what I ordered upon pick up. Made it my problem that I couldn’t come back to the store and refused to refund.

Nice people

So rude, so so rude. And they made a Mistake on the entire order and when I asked them to adjust it after double checking they said I just work here it’s not their problem “ next” like you gave me the wrong order.
I’ve been coming here my entire life they have changed for the worst with new management

The bagels are ok, same as most of any other place, the service, however, is always terrible. You ask them the simplest thing JUST the bagel without anything and a cream cheese on the side and they manage to mess up even that. How is it possible not to be able to simply put a bagel in a bag? And be cautious, you will be overcharged. For the same thing they charged me between $5.57 to $9 dollars. When I mentioned that the cashier simply started yelling at me. Will never go back, rather drive few minutes more to Fresco's Bagels not too far

Simple requests (asking for no ketchup on a bagel sandwich/toasting the bagel) are ignored. Parking lot is a nightmare and there is nowhere to comfortably wait for your food inside the establishment

My family and I love their bagels, that’s all we ever order from here. Unfortunately they don’t execute the order properly. We ask for toasted bagels and they don’t toast it. And on top of that I wait almost 15 minutes for 3 bagels and it’s usually not busy when I walk in. So I’m not sure what takes so long considering the fact that they don’t even toast the bagels. We are so tired of them not making our order correct so we will stop coming here

I found myself in this area at 7 am, I was starving and saw trucks parked. If you see trucks , the food must be worth it. I stepped in and was greeted by a nice lady who took time to get my orders and had another guy serve me up. It was friendly, warm and the best bagel I’ve ever had. I paid $5 for 2 bagels ( plain sun dried tomato and scallion cheese onion)which is cheap to me. The reason for 4 stars is I thought they were a tad “greedy” with the cream cheese. I’ll sure visit again.

Breakfast sandwiches are the best!

I have been frequenting this establishment for 14 years and unfortunately this morning I bought five dozen bagels for a work event and they were stale! This was extremely embarrassing And I returned with 75% of the bagels, thinking I would get a full refund but unfortunately I receive $70 of my $153. I am extremely disappointed, and if I could give half a star , I would!
