I have been frequenting this establishment for 14 years and unfortunately this morning I bought five dozen bagels for a work event and they were stale! This was extremely embarrassing And I returned with 75% of the bagels, thinking I would get a full refund but unfortunately I receive $70 of my $153. I am extremely disappointed, and if I could give half a star , I would!

Don't order sliced lox, or if you do ask for extra they charge you $$$ but give you a singular slice of lox.... Service is okay, music is too loud in my opinion. Bagels were good it's the only reason I'd come back.
What's not to love about this place? I got a fresh cinnamon raisin bagel, exactly how I wanted it (cream cheese and tomato), with a cup of coffee for $5. Nice little family run bagel store.

Terrible Costumer Service. So Disrespectful Rude people working who have no costumer consideration. Never returning back here. The woman running the place literally ruined my day. All I wanted was a wrap and I ordered the wrong thing and all they wanted to do was tell me it was my fault. They made faces at me!!! I just wanted my wrap remade and said I would still have to pay extra despite being a re occuring costomer and bringing my family here. They didnt even offer me a refund.

I went into bagel heaven as I always do and never had a problem yesterday I went in to order what I normally order an everything bagel not toasted with extra butter the cost is normally under 2.00 yesterday I got charged over 3.00 so I questioned it and the girl said they charge 1.00 more now for extra butter that is rediculous I probably won't be going in there again and I will go back to Kings kid across the street also I will spread the new news so knowone else gets ripped off.

Lol they charged me more for just 2 scrambled eggs on a plate than they do for an entire egg sandwich, she said its because she is charging me for the tin plate itself. Overpriced and meh tough bagels but Nice ladies and clean place though.
