All the workers are so sweet and the portions are amazing! Amazing prices 3 items for 20 dollars, 2 gelato ices and a misto shake it’s amazing!!!

Ridiculous overpriced small Sunday and a concrete 16.00 i go to Dairy Queen I can get a large Sunday and large BLIZZARD FOR 13.00 blizzard being the equivalent to a concrete. Rita’s is a joke when it comes to prices

Took over 10 minutes to receive my order which was completely wrong. Employee wasn’t to nice to the older gentleman that was next to be only cause he had trouble understanding him. Generation Z is clueless when it comes to customer service.

They are always out of so many flavors of Italain Ice when I go there. They are pricey for what you get. It's almost 5$ for a small ice.

Great place. Love the food and workers. Always so polite. Go there often for dessert after dinner and they have cheap yummy food! The only downside us it's located on a busy street where you need to watch your kids theres not much seating to eat there and the parking lot is small and often congested.

Nothing against the food or quality. They always have the best stuff. I'm upset that I came on a Saturday night in the middle of the summer, with 2 minutes left, and they couldn't serve a quick item to 1 person? No line, literally had lights on and everything. I get that these are high schoolers, but I made eye contact with the employees and saw them not only hide from me, but also spoke to one of the employees throwing the trash out who said it was okay to be served. Waited the 2 minutes until closing, and then just left. I was recommended this place by a friend, but I'll just avoid this location from now on. Very disappointed, and this is only the third time I've been there and haven't gone there that late before.

I went there last week and didn’t look at how much I paid until I found the receipt recently and noticed that I paid more than usual. After reviewing my receipt I realized that I got charged $5 for tip without my consent. The girl had taken my card and scanned it herself and gave herself a $5 tip. Beware! Don’t ever let them scan your card themselves , they will tip themselves without letting you know.
