Ordered delivery. Food was an hour late and delivered cold. Told us 45 minutes, was actually an hour and 45.
Well today we decided to try this restaurant again, only this time we picked up our order. However when we got home we found that the side salads and dressings were missing. This is 15 minutes away and wasn’t convenient to take a second trip to pick up the items. They did not offer to deliver the missing items and did not offer any discounts for the missing food.

We had 15 people for my daughter’s graduation dinner last night. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our waitress was always attentive to our needs especially when my niece came a little bit late. She did everything she could and went out of her way can to get her food ordered at the same time, and it came out with ours. As always going to Stefanos is a great experience. I’ve had several dinners there and people enjoy it. My family said they had a nice time and the food was great. I would highly recommend Stefano!! From a loyal customer

We celebrated a first birthday at Stefano’s this past weekend and everything was amazing! The food was delicious and everyone raved about it, it was served family style and so much food! The staff went above and beyond with everything. Working with Stefano to set up the party was so easy too! Highly recommend!

I can’t rave enough about Stefano’s, my family & friends used to frequently dine there until the pandemic hit but last January 2024 we decided to plan a small party for a senior’s birthday (me) we left a deposit but due to stormy weather conditions & out of state folks traveling we postponed until April..management never gave us a difficult time for cancelling just a few days before & also held our deposit over until we rescheduled..the evening was superb..we asked for Lou to be our primary server & she was exceptional as always as was the food even though everyone ordered separately there wasn’t a delay in service plus we had a magician that was supposed to stay for one hour but entertained us until we closed the place..our 3 hour dinner party turned into almost six hours with not one complaint from our servers or management..I can’t say enough about their food, services, management & staff..if they were open on holidays we would be there waiting at the door..thank you Stefano’s it was a very special memorable celebration for me & my family & friends..??

Ruined Mother’s Day ? Terrible experience at this place. Food was extremely overpriced for $35-50 a plate. Prefix menu had nothing my daughter even wanted to eat. They did not check on us once after getting our drinks. My husband had to chase down the server to get our side salads. The food took over an hour to arrive (the place was not even packed). My husband wanted garlic and oil on the pasta that comes with the entree. Check comes and there was $7.95 up charge to modify anything not marinara sauce. The server and menu never mentioned this up charge to us when ordering. The “owners son” comes over after we pay and asks if everything is ok. Obviously not but instead of making any right, he says to drop his name next time we come in - NEVER AGAIN we told him will we come to this establishment. Where was he the whole time??? This was such a bad experience. Do not come to this place unless you want to be extremely frustrated and ignored. The service is horrible!!
