We had a great dinner. Great food and fantastic staff. A nice menu, something for everyone! Sandwiches, salads and dinners! The portions are large and the prices are more than reasonable. Definitely a go to place for the future!

I absolutely love this place. The food is unique and quite delicious. The ambiance is so inviting plus the interesting decor all over. The waitstaff and manager are always so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Can't wait to dine there again.

Food is always fresh and delicious, nice portions, only wish they would open for dinner earlier, we pass there around 4:15pm on our way home and don't want to wait until 5 . Otherwise a great place with a great staff

Very cozy little place with a surprisingly lengthy menu! The decor felt like you were having lunch in an antique shop, absolutely loved all the signs and knickknacks. Lunch was delicious and very satisfying, I had ordered the Witchcraft Turkey Ciabatta and I'm still thinking about it.

I've wanted to try this place out for a while, so my husband and I had lunch here. He had the brunch burger, and I had an avocado BLT wrap. Everything was done perfectly! It was just the right amount of food, too. We loved looking around at the decor-- fun Country Kitchen style. We knew we were in for a good meal when we saw the parking lot was nearly full on a Thursday afternoon!

WOW! Fantastic find. Great two sided menu with great choices and very reasonable prices. This was an old Friendly’s restaurant that was converted to a great local eatery. The egg salad Ruben was outrageously delicious and the meatloaf sandwich was tasty and filling. Great atmosphere with tons of great nostalgic signs and decorations. The service is very warm, professional and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

The food here is decent, but the owner is an aggressive, argumentative, and unreasonable person. Personally I give the benefit of the doubt to anyone having a bad day, and very rarely review any establishment poorly, but this must be said. After placing an online order with a simple error (we didn’t want the extra charged fries), the owner (who is now claiming we’re straight lying) told us the food was going in the parking lot. We have asked around and it’s not uncommon for this owner to curse people out on the phone when they have simple concerns/requests. We spend quite a lot of money here and often, but little food has just lost another customer. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE (if you want to be treated like a decent human being)

Not sure if this is a spot for elderly people but the all these great reviews can only be by older people that are use to soft foods. I have not tried every dish on the menu and most likely i will not but this was my first time ordering food from here and it will be my last. I ordered the thanksgiving wrap and my girlfriend ordered the avocado wrap. Immediately after my girlfriend ate her wrap, she ran right to the bathroom as she claims she felt sick and the food went right through her. My food on the other hand was absolutely disgusting and after a few bites i was done and then realized that the turkey in my wrap was old as you could easily tell that it was turkey that had just sat in refrigeration or was frozen for a while and then was reheated in the microwave which made the meat very inedible. Nothing was fresh and they do not have the right to call it fresh. Again i have not tried everything on the menu but what was given to my girlfriend and myself was just unacceptable. The interior of the establishment is nice and homey but the food does not compliment the restaurant.

Horribly rude owner. Everyone in our family spends at least hundreds, if not thousands in food at this establishment. After my mother made a mistake with online ordering and tried to get some partial refund on the $24 worth of side order fries we didn't want (because a side of fries is $6, thats reasonable) the owner argued over it and wouldn't budge. He'd already made them, despite the fact the order said it wouldn't be ready for 30 minutes. My mother said, "I guess I'm the only stupid a** to make a mistake" and the owner said, "if the shoe fits." And he stated he would kick our order into the parking lot. When I called to ask if an order would be there, he said my mother is a liar and he already threw our food away. Little food, smaller people. Hope you feel like a big man with your tiny establishment and poor grammar.

We were out for a last minute celebration of our wedding anniversary and stopped in. Not realizing that they were closing within the hour, the owners gave us the option to choose something off the menu that doesn’t require too much from the kitchen. We were happy to receive the service and sat down. Once seated we mentioned our occasion and before we realized it, they opened the kitchen and handed us a dinner menu. We were not rushed and even received a complimentary dessert. The over the top hospitality was so appreciated. We love this place. My daughter loving refers to it as the “eye spy” restaurant because there is so much to look it.

The food is amazing. The lunch menu consists of traditional lunch items and also several healthier options that are not as easy to find in other restaurants. Last time I had the quinoa eggplant wrap and it was delicious. The portions are very big. The ambiance is very cute. The restaurant is small and decorated nicely. Have never been there for dinner.

***3 1/2 stars***I spend a lot of time driving up and down Route 23, and sometimes it's easy to forget there's an entire hidden world just a block off of it. This past Saturday afternoon I decided to order lunch for pickup here. It was actually a bit trippy to walk in - I used to come into this building when I was little for lunch with my aunt when it was a Friendly's, and I could still picture the interior over 25 years later. Very odd what the noggin remembers. Anyway. The area by the cash register is surprisingly cute - there's kind of a rustic, quasi-Cracker Barrel vibe to it, with ample bakery items for purchase. I pre-ordered my lunch for pickup, but impulsively decided to grab a s'mores cookie as well. One of the employees helpfully directed me to the squishiest, warmest cookie available. Beyond that gesture of good will, I was in there for roughly 90 seconds and the customer service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, so just on that basis alone I'd come back for the sit-down experience.I ordered a Thanksgiving wrap (turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy) and battered avocado slices. I love getting Thanksgiving sandwiches - I feel like there's something deliciously naughty about eating these ingredients in a non-November month - but it's hard to find a decent one. The Fine Grind in Little Falls had a panini in this genre that used to be good, but they switched up the stuffing to something with a lot of crunchy shizzle, and the cranberry sauce has a lot of skin in it. This one was very solid. I rarely if ever get wraps, but this is an item I'd probably get again. It's a HUGE portion and just stuffed to the gills (I ate this around noon and didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day). The turkey was the real star (and should be); it tasted super fresh like it just came out of the oven. My only constructive feedback would be that the other supporting characters weren't evenly distributed - I'd take a bite that was almost exclusively stuffing or exclusively cranberry sauce, so then I'd have to take a secondary bite of a different part of the wrap to compensate for it. Still, this was a solid entree. The battered avocado slices were kind of eh. This is not something I'd ever order again for pickup - it's just one of those fried foods that doesn't taste nearly as good once it cools down, especially since the avocado stays mushier. If you're going to try these, do it in the restaurant for sure. I also wasn't crazy about the chipotle mayo that it came with. I honestly don't know what other condiment would pair particularly well with a fried avocado, but I think this is a work in progress for society as a whole.Huge fan of the s'mores cookie. It's chocolate centric, and the chocolate chips were still melted when I bit into it. Very scrumptious. I actually thought the graham cracker sealed the deal - it's the most subtle ingredient, but the texture gave it a nice little crunch. The pros definitely outweigh the negatives. The lesson here I suspect is just to eat avocados normally and focus on the wraps.

It is shame to write this review. Multiple times we have had excellent service and excellent food but when we went to eat there yesterday none of the staff were masked and we probably should have just left. Being unmasked is not common in the food service industry right now. When my wife called to complain the owner was incredibly rude - up to screaming at my wife. And then after my wife hung up, called back and screamed at my wife for another 10 minutes. I understand that restaurents are in a very difficult time right now and I will cut them a lot of slack. But I will not tolerate being screamed at.CDC recommendations are staff and customers should be masked, but the CDC is not allowed to require this. The owner is correct - she is following NJ law, but better is to follow CDC guidelines. Even better is to not scream at customers.

Was recently back for a lovely lunch outdoors. (Closed for the cooler weather now.) Multiple refills on the lemonade and iced teas. Once again, great meals and service, at reasonable prices. Too bad I forgot to take pics - the salad plates were generous enough for take-home boxes.
