not from the town i was there sunday 1/3/2026 with two friends . my identity got stolen over there after i paid the bill on sunday i gave it to one waitress and we also tipped nice. next day my bank account got charged for another bill on 1/4/2026 I called they told me another party of older ppl were sittin in same place and swipped a card and it came like my card also got told two waitress used my card on sunday which i i only handed my card to one waitress was older age was standing at the bar the whole time , next day on monday my card got used again over there I got told older group walked in and pay their bill with card i had my card in my postion untill now the whole time , I called i talked to Josh he said he saw the my card got charged twice in the camera and he will call me back i only got one call back sayin I watched what happened and said hes manger in meeting and he will call me after never got call back I called today lady yelling at me in the phone saying call after 4 we know what happened being rude in the phone , i belive my identity got stollen over there and im pressing charge filling police report my advice never go over there . Very bad customer service.

Ordered carry out, scheduled it for a 5:30 pickup, the receipt says it was ready at 5:10, 20 minutes way too early. By the time I got home, most of the food was cold. I do takeout whenever I come here and never had this problem, very disappointed.

Really disappointed. For 10+ years I've always ordered the Oriental chicken salad to-go. It used to come in a big square take out container so full I could never finish it all. The chicken used to be really good too. Now it costs more, comes in a much smaller oval container and the chicken is not as good. And they don't even give you a full container of dressing...you used to get two containers! Same with the side of garlic mashed potatoes. They're not as good as they were and the container is only half full. It's not worth the cost anymore, you'll see what I mean if you order. Maybe it's a different experience if you eat in the restaurant but I'll be ordering to-go from Acasia going forward...they have a great menu with nice size portions and decent prices.

It was okay. We were seated quickly, but it took a while to get service. Our sever was very nice and the order was 100% correct. Unfortunately there was a group next to us where every kid had a phone or tablet watching stuff at high volume. I felt bad for the staff because they left such a mess.
This Applebee's has been here for many, many years. I have eaten here numerous times and have never had a bad meal. They make you feel welcome by holding the door open for you. You are then promptly seated and provided a menu. The wait staff is always kind, friendly and accommodating. During the warm weather, outside seating is available. I highly recommend this Applebee's for a pleasant time and a great meal. There is plenty of free parking surrounding the restaurant.
