Our granddaughter wanted Applebee’s for dinner, and when she’s with us, she always gets what she wants. I haven’t eaten at Applebee’s in probably over 10 years, and I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, and our server was kind and friendly.
That said, there were a few small misses in terms of dining etiquette that kept the experience from being excellent. With just a little more attention to detail, the service could have really gone to the next level.
I realize Applebee’s isn’t a five-star restaurant, and what the server lacked in polish she definitely made up for with her personality. Still, to give an example: we ordered dessert and coffee. The coffee arrived without a spoon to stir in cream and sugar. When we asked for one, we didn’t receive it until the dessert was brought out. I ended up using a knife to stir in the meantime.
These are minor details, of course, but they’re the kind of small touches that can really elevate the guest experience.

Cocktail margaritas is water down. Too much juice and ices very less tequila 1/2oz with tin can to 3 glass 🍸. Sandra is bartender. Just watch out . They going to out of business soon. Not going back.

I've been coming to this Applebee's a few times within the several months span and every time I come in the service is slow and mediocre. There is always someone new on the staff,most likely the High school kids that are still learning the ropes of the restaurant industry and customer service and once you are seated,it takes about 15-20,even sometimes more than that,to get acknowledged to place an order . The food is well cooked, have never had an issue with the digestion afterwards ,but,overall the atmosphere is lousy

We needed a quick bite on our way through town and wasn't disappointed. Food was good and our waitress was incredible. Her name was Sayj ( I believe thats the correct spelling)and she almost made us forget we were in a chain restaurant. For some decent food and incredible service, I would highly recommend.

second time ordering take out and recieved the wrong or missing items. We don't live close so it takes an hour if we decided to call and change it and would not be bale to eat with my family, or my families food would ve cold by the time we got back. Tried to eat what was given to us as not to make a fuss but was disappointed.

We enjoy coming here. We live over in Williams Township in PA and prefer to eat here instead of Easton. It’s always been good, clean and enjoyable. Never too loud and the staff is very friendly. *I don’t know anyone here either. Just happy to see it’s one of the well know family locations that act like a family oriented location. :)
Kid-friendliness: Applebee’s is a great kid-friendly restaurant! They offer activity menus with crayons to keep little ones entertained, plus a wide variety of kid-friendly menu options. Perfect for family dining!
This Applebees is AMAZING! The appetizers are the way to go here! The boneless buffalo wings are unlike anything I have ever had before! You can't beat the 2 for $20 deal and end your night with a chocolate meltdown.
The wait staff is all so kind, I continuously find myself driving out of my way to go to this specific Applebee's.
In addition, ordering online is super easy for curbside pickup, if you don't feel like eating in. Highly recommend!

Good food (little expensive) in a family friendly atmosphere.
Waitress was nice and food was ok. Chips were extremely salty like someone dump salt on them. Mozzarella stick were cold. But what I’m mostly dissatisfied with was the front of the house greeter. It was an older women who was working there. We were not greeted she didn’t say hi back when I said it to her. Look I get it we all have a bad day sometimes but I felt I should mention it here due to her actions. She tried to seat us at the bar but I have two family member who are old and have trouble walking there is no way they can go up those high chairs. So I asked nicely if they have any booths available. She said no even though there were plenty of booths in the front available. She than changed her mind and told us there’s a booth in the corner. The whole time she is trying to seat us at the booth she is lecturing and being snippy with me about how I was asking about a booth at certain section and how I can’t have it because the waitress in that section is doing a big table of 6 guests and can’t do any more tables. She would not let me speak and when I did she just spoke over me and got louder. The crazy part is I never wanted a specific booth I had just asked for any booth or any table that weren’t high like the ones at the bar. She made up this situation in her head or going crazy. This experience was horrible and it felt like the mood was ruined. And I didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way when I was nice to her the whole interaction.Will not be going back

I believe that Applebee's has stepped up their game , the food is consistently acceptable for this type of ' heat up frozen stuff' fare. It did take however a long time to get serverd.

We arrived at opening and the lady's room smelled really disgusting. Also the dining room floor had food all over it and sticky nasty floors, from the prior evening.This is a fact, because as stated above, "we arrived at time of opening." I am diabetic so I asked if they had diet juice of any kind as I wanted to enjoy an adult beverage. They do not, so I would definitely put that in their suggestion box; if they have one lol. We ordered steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Steak and mashed were good... broccoli not so much!

Laura F was our server at the phillipsburg location, it was her second day on the job and she was amazing for only her second day! Quick, polite and she checked on us regularly.. she deserves a pat on the back!
