I was very sad one day, endlessly prowling the Walmart aisles, looking for something to to alleviate my aching heart. Then I discovered the Auntie Anne’s, nestled in the corner of the Walmart. At first I was afraid that the workers would sense the weight of my sins and refuse service, but to my suprise they still served me with a smile!!! The food is great, but they’re closing an hour early for no reason. Their hours are from 11-6, said they were closing soon at 4:30. I am disappointed because I would have really enjoyed some today.

I ordered the Special Stadium with pretzels for Super Bowl party. I drove from Nazareth to Phillipsburg only for them to tell me they did not have my order. Called and ordered on the phone. Talked to a young kid and set up pick up for 3 today. Said they did not have my order??? My family was really disappointed. I was not offered any compensation. Maybe you should have a adult on site instead of a bunch of kids.

This place is awful! Very very bad customer service!!! When given a cold pretzel we simply and kindly asked for a fresh one and we were told no. So we asked for a refund. After being very rude the one employee finally gave a refund. When asked to speak with the manager they barely responded But eventually stated that the manager was not that there. So I asked for the name of the employee who was being very very rude and she refused to give me her name.I am greatly disappointed and I can't believe that customer service is so poor!Are these employees even trained on how to communicate,take orders, and respond to customers?

This place is absolutely trash!! I placed a mobile order at 5pm before the 6pm closing time and showed up at 5:30pm and was told they were closed and our order wasn’t made. The manager got very disrespectful and turned the lights off in our face and then slammed the gate to close the store in our face!!! Lazy employees and terrible management

The staff were super friendly but we got there at a little after 130 and they were not open (pburg Walmart - hours for auntie Anne's says they open at 11). Came back at 2 and ordered. We were told it would be 10 minute wait for the rest of our order (had to wait for a large pretzel nugget and pretzel dog). We ordered at 201 and did not get our order until 225.
