I visited this morning 8/13 around 6:05am and was greeted by a lady (short) with a very unhappy facial impression. I specifically asked for 2 cinnamon raisin bagels with butter, one toasted and one not. She rung me up at the register and the total came to $5.99. A penny short from $6.00.
While checking the receipt, I noticed that she charged me for $1.50 for a bagel and $1.25 for butter. The cost for the butter is almost as much as the bagel. That was insane. Then, she charged me for a service charge of 2.4% (now this is when you use the credit card) and not cash, however I paid her in CASH!!!
Never the less, the price on their website listed that a bagel with butter is $2.50 and I paid $2.75 at the store in addition to the service charge for using a credit when I paid in cash
This store is over price, it's always hot in there and everyone always looks so hot and bothered. Not only they over charged me for the food, but the person who assisted me was unpleasant.
I had issues in the past with the food not correctly made, I called and left the store a VM, no-one ever follow up. So much of the customer service trying to keep people coming back
This will be the last time I come here, please do check your receipt going forward to make sure you are being charged for what you actually order.

Ordered an egg white garden flortine omlet and a blt on jalepeno bagel. Got home and got a regular omlet and a blt on plain bagel. They are closed rn but im just leaving this review here so I can get a refund later.

Best bagels outside of NYC!! This place came highly recommended and it did not disappoint!!! My only “caveat” was that the Everything bagel was lacking either onion or garlic the day I tried it so the seasoning was slightly off…or maybe it was missing salt??? I just remember it was very sesame forward for an Everything! The selection of bagels and cream cheeses was large so I will try something new next time!!!

Used to be a go to bagel spot in the area. Usually the store is extremely packed especially on weekends but this random Saturday there was about 3-4 other people in the store. So we ordered three bagels with cream cheese. First was a garlic bagel with cream cheese and the garlic on the bagel was so burnt that it just tasted like a charred bagel. Mind you we didn't even toast the bagel so there is no reason the garlic should be burnt. Then we also got two other bagels with cream cheese except they came with no cream cheese.. So we paid $5 for cream cheese that we didn't get, even more money for a burnt bagel, and even left a 20% tip all for the worst experience I've ever had there. There is definitely no excuse as there was hardly any people in the store, the phone didn't ring once, and they have about 10+ employees running around and they still forgot cream cheese and made burnt bagels. Lady at the front was still very nice though and was quick to take our order.
Not sanitary food I watched the owner of this restaurant drop a bagel on the floor and then serve it, an item that is so cheap he was willing to get a customer sick. I was shocked and disappointed. This restaurant is also advertising pork roll and bacon but they do not sell pork so lying to customers calling something pork when it is in fact not.
