The entire staff at Bagel Shack & Food Mart are friendly, courteous, and very professional. They offer a wide array of delicious food to choose from at very reasonable prices. They can make whatever you request. If anyone needs to order breakfast or lunch, I strongly recommend Bagel Shack & Food Mart without reservation for consideration. I have tried so hard to be understanding of the horrible customer service experience at Bagel Shack. I understand how stressed and over worked everyone is in a busy world. But the solution cannot be to take the stress out on paying customers who are just as stressed and over worked. The women behind the counter at Bagel Shack refuse to address a room full of waiting customers when they are filling orders. They refuse to even make eye contact or a kind hearted "we will be right with you, I'm sorry for the wait". It is very very hard to not simply walk out when you are expected to have a level of patience the staff members refuse to have. Today I did walk out without ordering and I am sure they didn't even notice or care. Not their problem. If I am expected to support small and local businesses it would be great if I was given a legitimate reason to. Like a wonderful customer service experience. It seems you're just supposed to be happy if you get served sometime this century. Like it or leave it. I'm done going here expecting anything other than angry and stressed employees, mad you ever walked through the door.

Got there at 3:45 pm walked in. Ledy behind the counter tells me they are closed. I still had 15 min. Asked to purchase a lottery ticket, answer was "no" Very rude staff stay away from this place. I am.

One of our favorite local shops to visit on the mornings of our sporting events! The ladies inside treat everyone like family and the food is always good!

The bagels are fairly decent. The cream cheese is slightly below average but palatable. The interior is extremely dated and long overdue for a update. The biggest issue here is the attitudes of some of the counter workers here, they take turns chain-smoking in the front of the store by the entrance door and customers, often with children in tow, are forced into the clouds of secondhand smoke. It's absolutely rude to not simply smoke outside at the rear entrance and spare the customers the stench and cancer of your foul, carcinogenic habit. They think nothing of this simple consideration, not to mention the attitudes I've witnessed towards certain customers. There are much better choices then this place in the area. They need to clean up their act, because currently, it's just rude and gross. My advice is simply avoiding this place.
