Dave was a NASTY man not polite at all they messed up my order and refused to fix it then starting slamming stuff and getting very rude will NOT go here again you need to get better staff especially since this is your job you literally need to do it or get a new one.

if i could have rated this burger king 0 stars i would have. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #9 (add tomato), a 4 piece kids meal with apple juice, honey mustard chicken wrap, fresh fries with salt. When we got out food and opened the bag there were 2 burgers that we didn’t not order and an order of chicken fries. When I tried to tell management that she sat there and wanted to argue with me that the chicken fries were the churros that i had ordered. We then got our ordered fixed. When we went to eat our food I am missing the apple juice from the kids meal, my #9 had no tomatoes when i asked for tomatoes, and my fries were cold and had absolutely no salt on them. everytime I have come to this burger king my order is never correct. i do not understand how they are still open for business. worse experience ever.

Worst place ever. Ordered through DoorDash not only did they cancel my order. Apparently they “remade” it and it took an hour to get here. Dasher waited at the store for 39 minutes while these clowns did whatever they were doing while NOT remaking my order. Food gets here cold as ice and they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me the sauces that I ordered after making me wait over an hour that would take 5 minutes through the drive thru. This place is awful I hope quick check pits it out of business.

Whopper made wrong again! Bacon melt had no bacon! Like cmon it’s not very hard to read a damn screen or receipt! I even ordered through the app. If I’m paying almost 13.00 for a burger from Burger King I expect it to be made the way I ordered! It’s not that hard

Take out SO KIND!
It was 1a 10/19/23. I was on my way home from a late shift I’m NYC & had laryngitis. There were 2 people that serviced me, a woman & a younger man. The woman empathized with me on my lost voice & the man delivered my food with such kindness. It was so lovely to see 2 people who really cared about their job & the service they provided, especially at that time of morning. Might I add that my Impossible Whopper was made PERFECTLY!
These 2 deserve recognition, truly.

The crew I seen working today were amazing, so helpful and very fast getting my order ready!
My order was delivered in open bags, no tapes or staples to secure the food. The bags were widely open when delivered and placed on the floor in my porch front door ignoring my instructions to place the bags on the porch tables. It was really disgusting to see the open bags of food looking like somebody already had his filthy hands in them. I have to discard the food for fear that we might get sick. I messaged customer service about my experience but I never heard from them.

Who in their right mind actually think it’s acceptable to utilize this bacon? On multiple sandwiches. On top of that, an order fell off the counter, was picked up and continued to be used. Absolutely foul. You got to do better.

I ordered 2 wraps at 2:02 pm and waited in line with MANY other folks until 2:32 pm when I finally got my food. That is unacceptable for fast food and this is not the first time it has taken over 20 minutes to get a small order. I’m done here
