I left work @ 11:pm was at Burger King within minutes. I work just down the st. I found all 3 possibly 4 employees out in the parking lot talking and fooling around. No one to take the order. I drove around to the windows, which I had to pass them as they were sitting along side the drive thru road. So I drove away. I tried to stop there a few evenings later and the same thing happened. This happened about 3 weeks ago.This place needs a new manager to let there staff carry on like this. I will not be coming back.
This place was hot, no air conditioner, no ice, but the cashier was the best,! Very friendly š

My friend requested more ice cream on her cone and they happily accommodated with the largest ice cream cone in the world!
So much better quantity and quality of the food at this location! They really try to please their customers, too.
The friendly counter gentleman noticed my ice cream cup had some ice cream on the outside when he served it to me, so he cleaned it and wiped the counter. The entire restaurant is spotless.
Prices are much more reasonable than the McDonald's we had visited earlier on our trip.
We will definitely return to this location on Memorial Parkway (next to QuickChek) on our frequent trips through Phillipsburg, NJ.

This has to be the slowest location. There is literally no one dining inside and it takes them forever to take your order!!

June 3 2025 the staff took 25 min to do doordash order. Why? Remember at breakfast time you not supposed make lunch orders. Did these people were trained? Where is the owner or supervisor? No hats, no gloves to manipulate food ...You need to get better staff. Unprofessional. Reporting this store to USDA?

I got a breakfast this morning sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. It was definitely not good. The biscuit was overcooked. You can even see some Burnt marks on it. It was very very hot like as if they stuck it in the microwave or something it definitely was not fresh

Dave was a NASTY man not polite at all they messed up my order and refused to fix it then starting slamming stuff and getting very rude will NOT go here again you need to get better staff especially since this is your job you literally need to do it or get a new one.

if i could have rated this burger king 0 stars i would have. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #9 (add tomato), a 4 piece kids meal with apple juice, honey mustard chicken wrap, fresh fries with salt. When we got out food and opened the bag there were 2 burgers that we didnāt not order and an order of chicken fries. When I tried to tell management that she sat there and wanted to argue with me that the chicken fries were the churros that i had ordered. We then got our ordered fixed. When we went to eat our food I am missing the apple juice from the kids meal, my #9 had no tomatoes when i asked for tomatoes, and my fries were cold and had absolutely no salt on them. everytime I have come to this burger king my order is never correct. i do not understand how they are still open for business. worse experience ever.

Worst place ever. Ordered through DoorDash not only did they cancel my order. Apparently they āremadeā it and it took an hour to get here. Dasher waited at the store for 39 minutes while these clowns did whatever they were doing while NOT remaking my order. Food gets here cold as ice and they didnāt even have the courtesy to give me the sauces that I ordered after making me wait over an hour that would take 5 minutes through the drive thru. This place is awful I hope quick check pits it out of business.

Whopper made wrong again! Bacon melt had no bacon! Like cmon itās not very hard to read a damn screen or receipt! I even ordered through the app. If Iām paying almost 13.00 for a burger from Burger King I expect it to be made the way I ordered! Itās not that hard
