Was there today have to say this the burger taste so good juicy like a love it with well done fries plus great costumer service at the drive tru,finally a place with CHERRY-COKE...simply the best in town
Best of all the fast foods. Nothing beats flame broiled burger

A word to the wise...steer clear of this location. The service is consistently sub-par at best. It takes 2-3 attempts most times for employees to get the order correct. Customer service skills are clearly absent, and your lucky if you are acknowledged within the first 10 minutes of approaching the service counter.
Recommend driving another 2 miles up 22 West and visiting their other location.
And for the Management team at this location remember this: It takes 12 positive customer experiences to make up for 1 negative experience. I invite you to do better starting now!

I went to this Burger King recently and ordered an egg- normous burrito. They asked me to pull up to the front and they would bring it out to me. I waited about five minutes or so…but when he came to the car, he handed me a tiny bag that was very light. He said…we didn’t have the enormous burrito (which was close to nine dollars) that I already paid for, so we made you two small burritos. The two small burritos are like $2.66 each, or something like that. There burritos are much smaller. That bothered me because they didn’t give me an option as to what I wanted to do. Plus, if I originally purchased two small burritos at $2.66 apiece, it would have only costed me close to six bucks. It’s not the money. It’s the principle of the thing, and I probably should not have been eating it anyway …so maybe it was a good thing that I got two smaller ones. But not only that but the food was cold! And , I gave the guy a $4 tip to boot cause I thought he was bringing me out what I originally ordered and I was happy and I appreciated it. I personally am all about the principal of the thing! It’s not the money or anything else! I couldn’t find my receipt so I googled the price of the enormous burrito which I posted below.

No one in restaurant yet had to wait 15min for grub hub order only one that seemed remotely interested in asking if we needed help was a young man running to stock up ice at least 4 trips with heavy ice, he stopped long enough to ask if he could help nothing was made for this order NOTHING and yet no one was in drive thru or restaurant..a young family, mom n 2 small kids, were finishing up their meal. When I was looking back where burgers were being put together the woman was using her pereonal cell phone while standing there... I ran back to my car so my hands were free when the food was done and talk to passenger with me went back in stood another 6 min, when Kevin tried to give me a bag of food without milkshake, I said I needed a vanilla milkshake with this order my correction seemed to have aggravated him.. He slowly went over to shake machine and when he FINALLY got the shake in the cup said he needed the order confirmed I said it was in the car but I would go out and tell the person with the phone to confirm I order which I did and he did,.and showed it to him but he wouldn't even look at the phone. Finally he put the I order on the counter asked if I confirmed it I said I did but this time he wanted to see the phone,...went back out and brought the phone in and showed the screen he didn't even look i asked him if he saw that i verified the order. He told me he didnt have to answer my questions..... I asked for his name told me he didn't have to tell me it was on his tag,.... and then proceeded to curse at me and tell me to get my teeth fixed ...mind you I am 64yrs old with stage 4 colorectal cancer have been thru 5 doses of chemo 4 surgeries different radiation and trial drugs thru fox chase when I started I had perfect teeth but thanks to chemo and forced medical conditions that prevent me from working I no longer have dental coverage to do anything about the side effects of cancer which was to lose every single tooth .....to sit and say this to someone trying to make a few bucks to pay for utilities is absolutely appalling and completely 😢 out of line over a fast food order that I will never accept to deliver again so not worth the humiliation and hassle to deliver, the fact that it took 40min to get a simple order when there wasn't anyone in the drive thru or eating area was crazy at 630pm on a Sunday evening there should have been some business in this store but it was deserted, I sure understand why seeing the dude of this young man was enough

You order ur food at the drive thro thinking it will be quick. But no. I only have a 30 minute break and they took 25 minutes of my break. Fast food is supposed to be fast food. I think they need to hire new people to work bc these people they have now don’t know how speed things up.

They are very friendly and thoughtful. Today they were too busy to miss a bacon in one sandwich. Once I told them, they made a new one which I didn’t expect. I like to come here again. Thank you

The absolute WORST GARBAGE I have ever been served. The Italian Chicken sandwich had a "red splash" of alleged marinara sauce on it and it was luke warm to boot. Prisoners on death row eat better than that! AVOID COMPLETELY. Pure garbage.

Insane experience. Literally stuck in drive thru for a full 30 minutes. Unable to pull out. No one telling anyone what's going on. And this was after us having to repeat FOUR SEPARATE times that our kids were choosing ice cream rather than a toy with their kid meals. When we finally made it to the window, no apologies or explanation. And they forgot both the kids ice creams and milks anyway. And our straws. And our pickle fries. I don't want to knock underpaid fast food workers but the level of incompetence here was staggering. And then not even apologetic about all of it... My kids have sworn to never go to a burger king again after this. Candidly, I don't know that I'll ever go to one ever again either after this. Truly. This BK shouldn't be open with that level of service. Mind-blowingly bad.

Limited staff, if you want your burger " your way" be prepared to check it before you leave. Staff seems overworked.
