This place is so terrible it's almost funny. I mobile ordered Chipotle for the first time, and even with 40 minutes, they still couldn’t make one burrito. The workers were slow and couldn’t even read the label correctly. Just skip this location lol

I go through the drive through at least once a week since it opened, never had a problem. The bowls were super full and tasty. Today I went, and received the most skimped on bowl ever and it was incredibly bland.

Was having issues with my rewards & was on the phone with corporate for a while , however Sydney was EXTREMELY helpful & extremely nice !!! Definitely going back just because of her service helping me deal with the issue on my rewards , Good Job Sydney!!!

So, I thought I'd try something new and order the veggie bowl at Chipotle. Boy, was I surprised! I got a delicious medley of vegetables, along with a special surprise: a few choice cuts of meat. I guess the chef was feeling generous that day. Or maybe they just couldn't be bothered to clean their equipment properly. Either way, it was quite the culinary adventure.

One of my best Chipotle experiences, if not the best! Sydney the apprentice for this Chipotle was so sweet, generous, and welcoming and made our bowls so so yummy. Our cashier Hannah was also very nice and helpful. The music definitely had us bumping and made the experience that much better! We’ll definitely be coming around here more often ?

I don’t understand where the 3.5 rating comes from. This is the best location I’ve been to. I use to live in central Jersey New Brunswick area and north Jersey and they’re all awful. This location doesn’t skimp you on portions, staff is always friends, clean restaurant and the line moves fast.
Been coming here few times out of the month, definitely can tell that management is getting better. I recommend going inside instead of drive thru

Love that I ordered on the app hoping it’ll be on time but 15 mins later nothing but the app says ready for pick up

I got in line and immediately was greeted and asked bowl or burrito and upon choosing bowl she asked what kind of rice. After I asked for white rice, she walked away without saying a word. Walked to the takeout line where another team member wwas scooping white rice into take out orders. She went to the woman scooping white rice with her back to the customers and spoke with her. She then nearly ran to the back ignoring us. While standing in line for another 5 minutes we were greeted again and were told there was no white rice, no beans, and no chicken. We didnt make it far enough to see if there was anything else not available but we decided to wait the 15min for white rice… while standing in like i witnessed a team member go to the take out line and get beans for the customer in line. We were just told that was unacceptable. We will never be coming back here. Worst chipotle ie ever been to in my entire life. Would never recommend. Disrespectful team members with complete and utter disrespect and disregard to customers. Now they are getting rice from the take out line too. Were we just lied to? Time wasted for over 25 min? Yes. DO NOT COME HERE. Did i mention the bathrooms were trashed, no paper towels and one toilet seat was broken. Absolutely disgusting. The Manager was also extremely aggressive and leaned over the counter eyes wide open and asked whats the problem?? When we asked if we could get beans from the to go line like the man had in front of us. I feel bad for the team. Horrible management clearly.

We waited in line just to be told they only have steak and brown rice. The lady walked to ask someone about the white rice and literally walked past us and didn't reappear. Another guy from further down the assembly line had to let us know about the white rice. We were told it would take 15 minutes to make white rice. I used the restroom while we waited. It looked like a gas station restroom. It was a mess, no paper towels and the toilet seat was broken and slipped to the side as I sat. So we waited 15 more minutes to get white rice. By the time we got to the counter they had no beans left. We saw them get the person in front of us beings out of the to-go section, which they previously told us was against policy when we asked them to do that for our white rice. We asked the lady why she could do that for them and not for us, She ran away yet again and brought back a manager. She was unnecessarily aggressive but I get it. We weren't being on reasonable. We simply wanted an answer to the young fairness we received. This place was completely unacceptable and completely out of character for a chipotle.
