The lady at the order station was very rude, she interrupted me multiple times to engage in non related conversations with other workers. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was just WARM WATER. it didnt even have a FAINT chocolate taste. Also I ordered assorted munchkins and only got 1 flavor? I feel like thats something that should be mentioned.

Customer service at this location is close to nothing. They will mess up orders and tell you sorry we don’t care. They messed up so bad and didn’t do anything even though it was due to food allergies….went to Washington NJ location after and they fixed it even though they did not have too. The people at this location though do not know what cross contamination means and I will be calling the department of health.(already called)

Ask for iced coffee and they gave me hot coffee, then ask them to fix it , all they did was put ice on hot coffee

A friend and I were ordering coffee and I ordered A small decaf coffee and A sandwich. Then we happen to see the six dollar deal where we can get a medium coffee, a sandwich and hash brown just for six dollars so we asked her to cancel the small decaf coffee and get two of the deals. Then we paid for our stuff, as we go to the other side to get the drinks. It just so happens that they made the small decaf coffee and I said that we got the medium one instead and they were going back-and-forth in the back trying to figure out the order and the woman who took our order let the other lady know who was making drinks that that small decaf got canceled. She got angry and was being rude to us and was like “I hate when they cancel people always cancel cancel cancel” but my thing is why would you make a drink before we even paid for it. So she flipped her head off, slammed it down and was angry and talking to herself. I don’t like people who are upset, making my food or drink, but like I said, nobody told her to make a drink before it’s even paid for. The food was trash anyway, and my friends hash brown was burnt.
It is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. Terrible service and rude employees. If I could give it less than 20 stars, I would.

Do not go here, manager very rude, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with extra bacon, I work an hour away and noticed my sandwich wasn’t correct, she told me to bring sandwich back she have to see! I will not patronize this business anymore! THE WORST EVER!
