Horrible customer service every single time I go there, Terrible experiences every time, unfortunately I live 3 mins away and its convenient for me to go there but most of the staff there are super unfriendly. The food or coffee they prepare suck and are cold or not made the right way. I hope the manager sees this and does something about it

The service was terrible I was saying hello and the lady was saying it back I didn’t know she can hear me so he gave a attitude to me and started say stuff like if I’m saying hello that means I can hear you and I honestly thought that was rude.

Coffee was burnt tasted like crap. We even waited awhile for our coffees. By the time we got moved and let our coffees cool off i was too far to turn around. Plus I hate being that annoying complaining customer. But I do like to come to dunkin and use the app and retain points. But not to receive crappy burnt coffee.

10 mins for a medium hot coffee is crazy!!! The store isn’t busy me and my friend are the only ones in here and we have been waiting over 10 mins for a damn hot coffee these people need to get it together!!!

I notice every time I drive by this Dunkin', it's empty. People who work here are very busy chit-chatting and love to ignore their customers. I was waiting there for a few minutes few times I stopped at this place, they saw me, yet no one came to take my order. Not stopping here again.

The lady at the order station was very rude, she interrupted me multiple times to engage in non related conversations with other workers. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was just WARM WATER. it didnt even have a FAINT chocolate taste. Also I ordered assorted munchkins and only got 1 flavor? I feel like thats something that should be mentioned.

Customer service at this location is close to nothing. They will mess up orders and tell you sorry we don’t care. They messed up so bad and didn’t do anything even though it was due to food allergies….went to Washington NJ location after and they fixed it even though they did not have too. The people at this location though do not know what cross contamination means and I will be calling the department of health.(already called)
