The one brown hair lady who works the headset is very rude. She cut me off while I was talking, didn’t give me a straw I had to ask for it and when I asked for it she said “sure” in an annoyed tone. A different time I went there and ordered a sandwich which was cold and looked uncooked.

Love them...they always get my cold brew the right way. I really only like the cold brew now hahaha I'm addicted! I always use my points because I love a free large cold brew any day!! That day they were giving out free donuts with a purchase of a drink. So i got a free donut and drink that day!!!

Lady at the window doesn’t know how to say “you’re welcome”. The latte was the worst I’ve ever had. Absolutely no sugar. The ham and Swiss croissant was cold. Terrible.
Order tons of stuff, only give coffee roll, when I found out, I’m already home - call back, manager aware, refuse to refund ? And I need to go back to get refund in person!

also I tried to order the 6 dollar meal, but couldn't get as I couldn't substitute the coffee for hot chocolate, daughter too young for coffee, and honestly I wasn't in the mood for coffee that day. also the app doesn't work half the time
