Bought a sandwich this morning went to eat it and there’s hair in it…this is gross and now I’m out a sandwich…this Dunkin has gone severely down hill and the older lady that works there is very rude and nasty to customers…

Asked for coffee, got a latte. Asked for a latte, got some type of coffee with foam. Took an eternity for the two drinks with at least 5 people attending drive through. 2 stars because they were friendly, that's it.

I do not recommend this Dunkin at all standing in line with multiple other customers I think manager a young white woman I think came in and argued with two other employees yelling and screaming at them when the were trying to serve customers whoever is in charge of this Dunkin needs to get a hold of their so called manager because I will make sure no one goes here that I know treating employees like slaves than human beings you all should be a shamed of yourselves

Waited 20 minutes for 3 hot chocolates, 2 orders of hash browns, and a small bag of munchkins. The employee was absolutely unprofessional and unsanitary. She was playing with her nose ring the whole time, then handled our beverages and munchkins without washing her hands. Then it fell out and she had lost it, left our items and disappeared to the other room and that was it. Only reason we waited was because we had already paid. Didn’t receive our items until the drive through employee came out and asked if we’ve been helped. When we left we ended up throwing everything away, because we were disgusted by her playing with her nose ring, and not washing her hands. Will not be back at this Dunkin again.

Long time frequent customer. Ordered 3 bacon egg cheese wraps like usual. None had cheese, 1 small piece of bacon on each. Egg and wrap were cold, not even sure if it was cooked. Horrible experience. Tried to call and complain and stores phone number was disconnected...

The latte was TERRIBLE! Absolutely disgusting. I ordered it hot, and they gave it to me lukewarm, almost cold — even though I clearly asked for it hot!!! I told them it wasn’t hot, and I saw one of the girls working there trying to remake it, but someone came up to her and told her to just heat it up instead. So it ended up being DOUBLE DISGUSTING. Seriously, what an awful experience. The worst five dollars I’ve ever spent in my life.

Tammy took care of us at the counter, very polite and took the time to make a special spider donut for my daughter since they ran out. Service was not that fast but when people are nice and go out of their way for the customer that makes up for it.

DO NOT COME HERE this place is absolutely TERRIBLE the service here was disgusting and rude no words said besides my order and the total, took extremely long for a small drink and when we ordered a avacado toast it was raw bacon and not even toasted bread. this place is absolutely disgusting and filled with horrible service. We waited 30 minutes for 3 things THREE!! coffee is mostly milk and they are greedy on what they add. i will never come here again

Coffee and sandwich made perfect and hashbrowns were overcooked AS requested simple request thank you for actually doing what was asked (many other locations sadly don’t then the hashbrowns are uncooked inside)
Rude worker emptying trash while we were waiting. No excuse me just move with there hands and don't use it it doesn't have a liner. We were waiting for our order.

This Dunkin Donuts has gone down hill in the last 3 months. A typical wait time at any hour of the day is 15-20 minutes for drive-thru orders and orders are usually wrong. Their espresso machine doesn't work so I wouldn't suggest an espresso beverage at this location. America runs on Dunkin'... it's more of a crawl.

Drive thru order was good. The service was good to. For a Dunkin to be combined with a gas station they are surprisingly good. Overall I enjoyed my service here. I highly recommend this spot. 🤞🏼💯💯

Wrong order every time I go, sometimes the donuts and muffins are from the day before they are not fresh but dry and cold. There is always something missing in my bag when they give me my order. For wherever reason the late and cappuccino are not strong enough in this facility. Worst location to go
