This dunkin writes their own reviews they vape on the floor every drink is wrong horrible establishment!!!! So many workers for everything to be inncorect

This place has the most amount of workers I’ve ever seen in a Dunkin and literally nothing is correct. The coffee is lukewarm and all the workers just stare at you. The lady next to us ordered a box of Joe and it took 30 minutes with no cups/creamers ect. They really need to think about more training for these guys. Something is very wrong.

To place a small amount of blame on myself, I did go at 7pm. However, I ordered an assorted 10 count of munchkins. While the worker did ask if it was "all I ordered," he did not state that all ten were powdered and gave ten of the same. Additionally, they taste like powdered rocks. Complete waste of money. I've gone at 10pm and gotten extra and they were still fresh. Sadly disappointed.

I go here on the regular. They sound annoyed at 8 pm and say they only take card payments or their coffee machine is off. Go in the morning the woman is rude if you order mobile app and you are late picking it up she said they have to throw away the food and start over. Another time she is just rude because after I left I realized they did not put in my grilled cheese sandwich and I returned to get it. She took it off the counter said nothing handed it to me and looked very annoyed. Often you wait at the drive up and nobody answers. You think they are closed. The donuts are stale. The food is not tasting fresh. The bread is getting smaller and smaller. The coffee is bitter. I don't know if it's because it is not freshly made or what. The other day I bought the Almond Spice Iced coffee made with almond milk was absolutely horrible. Very little almond milk there is no way to adjust how many pumps are in it. And just had a terrible taste I felt like throwing it away. The prices of the lattes are ridiculous. The service is slow and they often just hand you things in the drive up which actually go to drivers behind you. Many workers are young kids who don't seem to take the job seriously. The place is close by so I go there but it seems to be getting worse. I avoid the donuts because they are stale. Now the bread for the sandwiches is seeming stale. The best they had was the wraps with Mike's Hot honey but they don't offer it anymore. Things that are decent like the cinnamon coffees are no longer offered I guess they rotate the menus. I have never been inside the place. Maybe having the drive up plus counter service is too much for them. They should have warmers to put food in to keep it warm so when you pick it up it is hot. It's hit or miss with this place depending on who is working.

The absolute worst location that the franchise has the convenience of 78 is no longer worth the stop. time after time my order is wrong. How is it that a client can spend money on an order and receive an item nowhere near even the value. today I ordered two sandwiches And received one doughnut I shouldn’t have to check my order especially on a busy morning. The place is over ran by kids who really don’t care and lack any type of management. It’s a madhouse in there. Sometimes you’ll even wait over 15 minutes just to be greeted even if there’s no line. A real shame

Count your change. The young Indian lady shorted me 5 dollars on my change and you know she put it in her pocket. Young Indian lady will screw your change up especially if you're old and pocket it. Dunkin' Donuts if you read this you owe me $5 for when I was shorted on my Change on 6/29. U have a thief working a young Indian female thief.
I love Dunkin and that’s the reason why I have been avoiding making a review about this location specifically. Today I got the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Their phone number is not even active to call for a refund so I am out of options. That iced coffee was so bitter I could not have more than 2 sips and I am used to espresso.
