Franks Pizza & Italian Restaurant (Phillipsburg)

My friends and I had dinner at Frank's pizzeria & this is the second time I had to return food . I ordered the chicken & eggplant parm dinner with angel hair spaghetti , I asked for extra sauce on it . When the plate came out it look like they took the spaghetti off of somebody else's plate , the chicken was burned the eggplant was a small piece that I thought they forgot to give me the eggplant . The spaghetti was cold & clumped stuck together if you know what I'm talking about I couldn't even eat it . The presentation of the food on the plate was appalling just looking at it as soon as it came to the table was disgusting . I had a cup of soup and a soda that cost me over $11 plus the tip 😡 . The owner should have came out to apologize & should have taken off the cup of soup . I don't understand why the spaghetti what is cold and clump together ? It was covered up with melted mozzarella . If I didn't leave my phone in the car I would have taken a picture of the disgusting plate that was served & posted it . 2 X of returning food there won't be a third time . I can't believe I paid almost $12 for a small cup of soup and a soda . Never Again .

The Sicilian pizza was great!

This place is too expensive for the area! We are not in Manhattan to charge almost $5.00 for a slice of pizza

Prices were diabolical & none of the employees were wearing gloves while handling food.

Stay away. Nothing on the menu ( they've taken down the menu boards is the right price. Its a free fall of pricing. They're making up prices. Today my $10.95 sausage roll was charged to me $13.95. when questioned the manager , he said he didn't know why. $13.95 gets you a delicious entire meal at Anabels

a bad guy who served at the counter very disrespectful and very racist I wanted to order and he didn't explain to me what the food was like he just said what's on the menu is what's there you look, don't go there there are very disrespectful people. This happened because I didn't understand English very well and he disrespected me.

Professional

They cook their pasta and vegetable dishes well. Their soups are also delicious. A little on the salty side sometimes but overall really good and I think they deserve a better rating.
