I've been here several times, but today I was surprised by the food's flavor, which was the best it's been in years, and everything was cooked to perfection. Plus, our waitress, Laura, did a great job.
I'll definitely be back every Sunday.

We were there from 10 pm till 2am talking drinking coffee and having fun!!! The waitress was attentive and accommodating and gracious. Never felt rushed or like we were a nuisance. Lol We were there for a long time!!! We left her one of a Nice TIP too

I’ve been to many IHOPS but the service here was atrocious. Took forever to receive our food and on top of that the waitress was terrible. We left a lot of food on the table mostly because it wasn’t good and because the service was terrible. This was the first time in my adult life that I never left a tip. Will never visit this one again!!!!!

We did take out. I've had the chicken and Waffles at another IHOP before, but This site has made it the best! So Fresh. Chicken was juicy, & the waffle was crispy to the end. I've had this dish before where the chicken was mostly gross batter-y sinew pieces, and the waffle was soggy & cold. Not the case here, thanks guys!

Alexa is literally one of the kindest souls. She’s so nice and made sure I was doing okay while having brunch on my break. The whole team was fantastic, but since Alexa was taking care of me, she was very apologetic for even the smallest of wait, which I didn’t mind, but shows that she takes care of everyone so well.

Update> Gave it another try Jan 1 2025. Service was slow and my pancakes were undercooked with raw batter in the middle. At one point i felt like puking! I prob will not return after this. On my visit today peoples children were screaming their heads off. My food took forever because of a backed up kitchen and my decaf coffee tasted like it sat on the burner for days.
