Let me just say this is what Jamaican food is all about. I’m not a spicy person but the little bit that they added made me want to buy the bottle. Everything was seasoned to perfection! The atmosphere was so inviting. They really bring the vibes. I highly recommend this place. I had the oxtail and man was I tryna eat them bones as well. My new favorite spot.

I do not recommend I've been going to this place since it was in Flemington this will be the last time I go there to disrespect the food's not that great and I called and ordered at 12:45 i 2 Jamaican patties and plantains wasn't able to leave with them until 1:20 It's like they didn't make it until they made everybody else's food first and then they started making it after I had already got their. I was told 10 minutes 🤔

The food here is absolutely amazing! I ordered the curry goat, jerk chicken, oxtail with rice and peas, potato salad, and fried plantains—every bite was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Hands down the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had. The portions were generous, the seasoning was on point, and everything tasted authentic and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Michele the owner is so wonderful and sweet she makes the atmosphere so welcoming and the food is plenty and so seasoned and fresh. I come there every 2 days just for food and the home made drinks are to die for. If you are in the area this is the place to be an they have vegan options

Island vybz cuisine is an awesome place to eat. Its been a long time since I had real authentic Jamaican food. The food tasted like homemade Jamaican food smiliar to what I ate when I was a kid. I ordered the goat curry platter, oxtail platter and the Island chicken wrap. After being ill all week and not having much of an appetite. This food is exactly what I needed to help bring my appetite back. The flavors I was hoping to taste were definitely delivered in the food I ate. Both the goat and oxtail were cooked beautifully. The meat for both were very tender and tastefully seasoned. The rice and beans were to cooked to perfection. The chicken in the wrap was really tasty. The owner Clifton was super friendly and took his time helping us pick out out meals. The restaurant was clean and comfortable to sit at. I will definitely be going back to try out other food. The price range is affordable. My family loved the food as well. I went early in the day so parking wasn't an issue at all.

Worst experience i ever had. The Service was bad, the food i didn't have a chance to taste. I walked in on my short break and ordered a small oxtail with brown rice. It came out to $ 26. I didn't complain because I was hungry. I asked the person who seemed to be all at once the owner, the cook, the server the cashier and the janitor how long is the wait. HE replies it's coming out now. 20 mn later I ask again how much longer. He gets mad starts yelling to which point I asked to simply be refunded. He refused ti refund and proceeds to insult me. I had to walk out as my lunch time had expired. WITH NO FOOD and NO REFUND.
Please, as long as you guys keep that curry chicken, rice n peas with cabbage, and also those spicy chicken wings, the same way… Oh my gosh, y'all will take over.
