I don't usually write many reviews, however this KFC continues to go above and beyond for the customers. I usually speak to the manager Mayur and I have to say what a pleasure it is to see him when I walk in. My order is always right and the service is fast, more so than any other KFC I have been at. I would also note, the staff there seems genuinely happy to be there. If I had to guess, this manager is most likely a great person to work with. I read a negative review on here as I went to post this, looked at the persons posting history and that told me all I needed to know about its validity. Well done, Mayur and team!

Chicken seem undercooked or just bad. Rubbery. A couple times eating kfc this not the only. Tenders or sandwich. Maybe increase time of cooking.

We ordered Crispy Chicken it was so soggy and undercooked we couldn’t eat it. And never got our side we ordered. Called and was told bring it back and we will cook it more. That is gross I of course didn’t take it back. We will be heading to Popeyes from now on.

This was the worst experience. This person treated us in the most disrespectful way possible. A person can’t changed their mind because you get attacked by an employee. This employee’s discrimination towards me was the worst. He yelled at me from the front of the store(behind the cashier) while I was sitting in a table towards the back of the store while there were other customers in the store . This “manager” or what ever he is should have better training. Besides paying for my food and even buying more he didn’t even refunded me and still took away what I purchased. This employee the whole time I was there was rolling his eyes and looking at us as if we were trash or something. Be careful when being in this place if you are being served by him. If he doesn’t want to be there and treat customers with respect then he shouldn’t be working there.

The “manager” or what ever he is Mayur was the most unprofessional employee there. He yelled at my wife all brace of 4 cups the she put ice and soda from the fountain drink. We were about to sit to eat the food that we had already bought. He took away the soda we had bought already and didn’t even refund us for that. We were going to pay. He discriminated us for being Hispanic. He treated us with the most disrespectful manner possible. But with everyone else who was not Hispanic, he treated with respect. I guess he thought my wife was not going to say anything. Be careful going to this place and being served by this person.

The manager went above and beyond for me..saw they had bbq wings not spicy advertised but he told me they were spicy..he came out to my car and wanted to make me wings that I would like..they were delicious!! This gentleman is a great manager!! Thanks

We purchased a 16pc bucket meal and received a 12pc. And... We switched up the sides that go with. But, when we got home from our busy day, they totally ignored our substitutions. It's not that big of a deal since the food was fresh. But, my little guy asked for the potato wedges that we never got. Shame on you guys! We were looking for a fast meal after baseball. I don't need KFC that bad to sit back and take it. We just won't go back.

If all fast food restaurants treated their employees ,customers and space like this one the world would be a lot nicer Place.Mayur( the boss) always treats people with respect and kindness to always make sure that your order is completed and you are happy before you leave. And cleanliness?… I’ve never seen a more sparkling space including rest rooms!!! Please tip your hat to Mayur and the entire staff at KFC Memorial Parkway, phillipsburg, New Jersey!

I love this place! Best ff restaurant in phillipsburg. ALWAYS CLEAN! Staff ALWAYS friendly! Never have I gotten a messed up order! AND the GM is the best…even if short staffed, you never have to wait and the GM is always working. I door dash also and I never have to wait for orders. I highly recommend! Food always fresh n hot. Hands down I’ll always choose here.
