Fix the syrup ratio for your Fanta, it looks orange but tastes like just carbonation. It was like this last time as well! Also salt your fries some more. Reached out to customer support and all we got was an apology. Nothing about actually addressing the issues at hand. Call your soda person, have them fix the ratio and ask your staff to add some more salt. I will add that the staff was nice and tried to help but this is definitely more of a management issue. And please don’t give me another sorry, thank you.

I went through the drive thru and asked for the new Grinch meal, yet when I went through and came home saw they only gave me the regular 10 piece nugget meal. And to top it all off, the fries were cold when it took less than 5 minutes to get from the store to my house. Never will go here again, it really got worse from when I was younger.

I don’t usually go inside at this McDonald’s location. I use the drive-through most of the time and I have never had a problem with any of their orders. I actually like to go to this location because the food is always hot and fresh AND the cheese is always melted when you buy something with cheese. Some places you get a slice of cheese and that’s exactly what you see when you open your food….a slice of cheese! It’s not melted, and I don’t like that. So, that’s my experience here. Ordered sausage McMuffin, hash browns and coffee. Service was quick (I was the only one in the place). These three items are the only food I will eat at McDonald's. The hash browns were okay but obviously been sitting for a short while. The coffee was prepared to my liking
