I had a great experience thanks to Marquis, the manager at McDonald’s. He was professional, calm, and clearly in control of the store, even during a busy rush. Marquis handled both customers and staff with respect and efficiency, making sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing good service and maintaining a positive environment. Managers like Marquis make a real difference—this location is lucky to have him.

Please use caution when driving through the drive thru! A heavy set older woman cons bath and body products from you ! This woman plays sweet and shows you what the female manager buys her and begs that you buy her products for her which we did over a year which we stop doing ! A few weeks ago her female manager bought her a pumpkin hand cream for her and showed it to me and wanted me to purchase a few for her which I refused to do so and in return she got extremely aggressive towards me when I went to pay for my food order. I have brought this to corporate attention and management attention and done nothing to stop this behavior!! I will no longer going to this McDonald’s because I don’t need to be abused by this older woman who feels it’s ok to take advantage of others! The aggressive behavior happened more than once toward me as I was paying for my food order at the drive thru!! I can’t keep buying this woman bath and body creams especially when not given my money back or even given a cookie or coffee. This woman employee should be ashamed of her self especially working and bought a new car for her self !!
Soyboy was rude at the drive thru menu. Mcdonald's got so big they forgot what customer service was apparently and $12 for a Big Mac meal. How are you contributing to helping the economy? I'm done with McDonald's after this experience

wasted 25 minutes of my 30 minute break. i placed a curbside order in the app but when i parked and tried to add a spot number the app said there was an issue and to go through the drive thru and give them my order number. i sat in drive thru for 10 minutes just to be told i have to come inside instead and then stood around while the manager took orders instead of having a regular employee do that task. she essentially treated me like i was stupid, telling me i need to put a curbside number in the app while i SHOWED her on my phone that i couldnt and i was instructed to go to the drive thru. food is adequate enough like any other mcdonalds but the service was incredibly disrespectful and slow and would never have happened when i had worked at another mcdonalds location.

Food was absolutely terrible! When I received it, the food was cold very dry. Fries were even soggy and tasted old. To top it off I waited 10 minutes for my order because they deleted my order then realized why am I standing here when others had already ordered after me and left with their food. I have been to other McDonald's, this was by far the worst one
