The manager working this morning was incredibly rude. She asked me if this was my first time using the drive thru and said “I guess it’s follow the customer day” after I pulled up too far to the window.

I placed a mobile order which included an iced latte when I arrived they said their machine was broken. They offered me a reg coffee which is a price difference. I asked for a refund and they told me they don’t have the ability since I did it through the app. So I reached out to corporate and then they emailed me back telling me I need to reach out to the location. So essentially I’m out $5 because the employee lied. Idk why I bother with this location they always mess my order up. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if they are going to get it wrong and not have the items then lie that I can’t get a refund.

If this could be a zero star review I would make it one. I had a mobile order and the teengirl over the intercom was laughing and very, very rude. She was snippy and she didn’t even give me a chance to finish my sentence and on top of that, my whole order was completely wrong.

So far each time I come the food has been fresh. Not going to get me wrong I always come for breakfast I don't like McDonald's lunch they're burgers are way too salty but the breakfast is on point. Unfortunately there team members and the atmosphere are lacking. You should feel happy when you come into a McDonald's but I feel like everyone there just hates their jobs and doesn't even want to be there and they never smile and they never want to help you they always tell you to use the kiosk
Food tasted like old meat, nuggets were overly salty, drink tasted like they had no syrup in the machines. Qtr pounder was ice cold and nasty, and my bf puked after only taking a bite.

I gave a 2 star because my fries and nuggets were okay. My hamburger was horrible! To the person who made it, you are not fit to be a cook. What you gave me, you would not eat it. I believe that the cooks do whatever they want because they are unsupervised. The top bun and the wrapper was very greasy. I asked for lettuce - I'm out of words. I don't buy burgers at McDonalds. Tonight, I said, why not give it a try? Well, that's my last for sure.

Always great the front desk people are great and the cleaning people are always great and maintenance guy is very nice. I have nothing bad to say about them or the place and people.
