Typical McDonalds with an indoor small kids playground. Clean bathrooms and dining areas are bright with plentiful seating. Parking lot can get congested with an odd traffic pattern bottleneck entering and exiting the lot. They recently added a second drive thru ordering station so they are investing in improvements.

The McDonald’s in Philipsburg has been, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever been to. I waited 25 minutes for a takeout order at a fast food restaurant. No one helped me when I arrived — everything was slow and disorganized. I asked for mustard and mayo, and they told me I had to pay for them. They handed me three large drinks with no tray, even though I had three large meals. A truly frustrating and disappointing experience. I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations, and I’ve never experienced something this bad. I will never go back to this one. If I’m in Philipsburg, I’d rather skip McDonald’s altogether than repeat this.

Employees had negative attitudes, tried to avoid talking to customers, and didn’t respond after multiple customers said “thank you” to them. Burgers were sloppily made and missing ingredients. Bathrooms were gross and the floor around the soda machines was wet, but they just put a “wet floor” sign down instead of mopping it up (and I was there for 20 min). Very poor management.

The staff is not attentive, they just put the order on the order window and gave a number for the table.
A bit of confusion with my in-app order where I was able to order a breakfast item during lunch time.
there are notes in the app that say what's not available at what times but not on the items I ordered.
After waiting in the drive through line the only thing I received was coffee and was told my breakfast sandwiches were refunded.
This may be a McDonald's wide issue and not particularly specific to this McDonald's.
My wife, who was not with me suggested I should have just quickly ordered a replacement item at the window but because I'm a guy used to using the app I just parked, reordered and hit the drive through a second time after the line was twice as long.
I'm learning.

I’ve never had a problem with this store until today. I drove 20 minutes to this location to pick up my mobile order but was told when I got there I was told that the app cancelled the order. Nothing went wrong on my end of the app and I was not notified about this. Will update if I receive a refund in the next few days. It wasn’t a crazy big order, but it seems like the order was cancelled by the restaurant. Nothing like this has ever happened to me when using the app at this location. Thought this was the best location in the area but I will NOT be back.

Everything is fine, but requested a glass of water and they said there is a charge for water!!! Never heard it in any other Mcdonalds in my life. We almost spent $50 and all we asked was a glass of water for our 5 year old child . So 1 star !!!
