Came here with my family for dinner. Soda bar was a cute idea, but there was a fraction of the options available, the lemon soda was bland, and my mom said that the diet wasn’t very good either. My mom and I got the same thing: a special that was supposed to be a chopped brisket sandwich with fries. The brisket was in huge, tough cubes. When my mom told the waiter that it was really tough, he just didn’t care; no sorry or offer of something else. She ended up getting what was supposed to be a well done cheeseburger that ended up being noticeably pink in the middle. Also, her sweet potato fries had the same seasoning as the normal fries instead of the apple maple seasoning it was supposed to have. My brother got the chicken bacon cheese sandwich with no cheese and said that was fine other than the bacon being soggy from the sauce they put on. The normal fries were good. Thankfully we got to tell the girl up front about everything and she at least seemed very apologetic. Overall a very disappointing experience.
We all had burgers, the mountaineer was GREAT!! Cooked exactly the way we like them. Fries were crunchy and just the right amount of seasoning. The shrimp appetizer was so delicious and the garlic toast under it all was a nice touch.Hand made burgers NOT frozen! The hostess and waitress were so friendly and accommodating. my son is in a wheelchair and they made sure he was comfortable. It’s a simple menu but the four of us had something different and we all enjoyed ourselves. Definitely going back!
Pickle bar was really good. Sodas were delicious. Food was disgusting. Overpriced. The Mac and cheese smelled like dish soap. My brisket sandwich tasted like Chinese Food.
Atmosphere and staff were great as well as our appetizer which was the big twist. I got the chicken bacon cheddar and that was disappointing to say the least. The chicken was the packaged precooked chicken that had been heated up stove top with what looked like American cheese tbh. It had a very similar consistency to that of Perdue precooked chicken slices and really had no flavor. The fries and chips were good but hubby’s bbq chicken pizza was ehh. Overall just not what we were expecting based on the good things we had been hearing.
A nice place, and was something different. The food was ok, but a little pricey for my likings. $80 for 3 meals and an appetizer. My fiancé ordered the oink and cheese meal, which is like pulled pork. Had more onions than meat, and the menu didn’t even say it had onions, and the waitress didn’t even try to take it off the bill or fix it. The meal I chose was good. Wasn’t a fan of getting up to get your own drink, feel like that would cause so much traffic if it was a busy hour. Also, wished they had alcohol beverages as well. Not a big fan, and undecided if I will return. Hopefully some things change a bit.
The atmosphere was wonderful. The waitress was great. Just about everybody loved their food. (party of 9) One dish came out cold but the wait was so long for the food that it wasn't worth sending back. They also seemed to not have a lot of things on the menu that were on the menu... pickle bar and soda bar are really cool . Definitely recommend the pretzel app... and the funnel fries were out of this world. Go an hour before you're going to be hungry ?
Best burger around me for sure! All our food was perfectly cooked and was super tasty! The also have a pickles bar and a soda bar. We did t have a change to eat there when they were at 22, but now they’re at Marshals plaza, restaurant is big, clean and welcoming. 1.000% coming back!
Big fan of the pickle and soda bars. Love that they donate to St. Judes. The food was great. Large portions. The remodel looks awesome and Its nice that there is a spacious dining area. Very fun and comfortable décor.
Well first time in the new restaurant was really cool outside especially the menu that was cool. Now inside needs more excitement more tv and maybe put some music on. Ok let’s get to the food well pickle bar is cool and donating to st Jude that’s huge. I would make it all pickles if u call it a pickle bar have all pickles. Next soda bar awesome. Great idea. Now for what me and my son ordered burgers I had the bison burger way under cooked but it was ok maybe let me know it didn’t come with cheese. My son cheeseburger was cooked perfect and the fries were good. I’d like to go back and try more so I’ll be back. But let’s get some excitement going inside. And more appetizers please. Also I see a lot of kids coming in maybe have stuff for the kids guys. Huge sell. But overall great place just spruce it up inside. And maybe have liquor and beer eventually or byob.
It was good. I really enjoyed the mushroom bisque and the Mac & cheese. The burger was ok. Pickle bar was a nice bonus.

My husband and step daughter both order the bacon mac n cheese bowl my husband order the sasquash dinner and daughter ordered the old bay shrimp dish we were so full and stuffed from our dinner it was amazing!! Definitely will be going back! There glasses are mason jars the cutest!!
Awesome atmosphere, Great service, Great food, interesting menu, reasonable prices!! And thank you for supporting St Jude's children's hospital!! we love the pickle bar and the donation idea! welcome to the neighborhood!!
When I walked in they asked me if I had reservations, I didn't even know you needed reservations. I said I didn't, but because I was by myself the hostess said it was fine. She mentioned that they suggest to reserve a seat because they get very busy.I ordered the Mountaineer sandwich with sweet potato fries, it was a good size burger, the fries were good but a bit greasy and not a big serving. They served it with a marshmallow sauce (really good and very very sweet). My server Kora was a sweetheart. The place seemed quite busy. I wasn't too impressed with the ambiance, for some reason it looks kind of weird and uninviting. The food is decent. I might come back to try again.
great atmosphere, loved the pickle bar and the food was great. the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu.
