Let me ask a real question… what is the purpose of having a mobile pickup window if nobody actually helps you at the mobile pickup window? I’ll wait.

I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order and went straight to the clearly labeled mobile pickup window. There were multiple completed orders sitting behind the acrylic glass with a big “Do Not Touch” sign. Cool. I didn’t touch. I respect signage.

There was one employee standing at the mobile window and several others behind the counter. I stood there. And stood there. Along with other delivery drivers. Not a “Hi.” Not a “Be right with you.” Not even eye contact that suggested I existed.

I finally said, “Excuse me,” to the employee whose back was turned. She looked at me… and then continued taking a drive-through order. Now listen, I completely understand multitasking and prioritizing drive-through. But acknowledging a human being standing in front of you takes two seconds. A nod. A finger in the air. A “One moment.” Something.

The plot twist? Another delivery driver walked up to the main counter and asked for his order. And what happened? The cashier walked over to the mobile window and grabbed the food from behind the acrylic glass.

So… what exactly are we doing here?

If the mobile pickup window is just decorative, just say that. Don’t make us stand there like we’re part of the interior design.

Funny, but also — tighten the process. A little acknowledgment goes a long way.

Groups of people waiting over an hour for their food. They need to hire more staff and help out the people working there so they can be more organized. Kind of a disaster. Ordered ahead on the app and everything, but just chaos.

I was in the middle of a meltdown trying to feed 5 kids and my order went to Philadelphia and I live in New Jersey. The manger bleaa his heart. Help me , he couldn't give me a refund or cancel my order. He made sure my crew ate ( look at God)

Asked for 12 pieces with no wings and got 3 wings in my order. Receipt didn’t specify wings, but 3 were in there. I guess we have to check the box next time. 😡

Very friendly staff and cleanest Popeyes I've been to. The manager Ramon always provides great hospitality as well

Soon before this opened, they had the review page up anyway, and a lot of people were reviewing it before they ever had the ability to even go inside. Just five star five star five stars. So I left a review saying something about hoping the place would wind up getting rats. I take it back!!!! I take it all back!!! Please forgive me!!!

First time I eat at this location, after leaving, I suspected I might have Covid because of the tastelessness of the food. It was right after they had first opened and maybe the fryer's hadn't broken in yet. I don't know but won't come back. Kind of pricey, too

5 stars but needs receptacles in the dining area to recharge phones & laptops; i wanted to game for like 8 hours :kappa:
