I keep wasting my gas going to this location they never adhere to their store hours. Always closing early went there around 7pm and then tried going the next day at 6pm still closed. They always have a call out.

Awful, terrible rude lady here needs some type of job other than customer service. I ordered two plain cold brews, and was given something with some kind of sweetener in it. I went back and simply asked if there’s any chance they gave me a flavored coffee and that I wanted plain black ones. She immediately got nasty and said ‘I don’t know, I didn’t make them’ and then just kept staring at me like I was the crazy one. Then she intentionally took her time to remake my plain coffees. Not sure how much more simple I could have made it, I feel bad for people that order specialty drinks here.

The employee works there gave my drinks to someone else and then when i requested i want a new one because i saw that person already drank it and they gave me a bad look! Come on i paid for it i don't want a contaminated drink ！ Very bad service

Cannot believe this is actually a Starbucks. The stand alone is closed for remodel so we were forced here. Bad coffee, bad service, people working there have no idea what they are doing. It's really zero stars.

Please remove this Starbucks from the highway services sign. First of all, you take the exit and then no other direction, you just have to guess it’s in the Target. Secondly, why have it in the highway services sign and then have the slowest service in the world. I expect this turnaround at the airport and they have the volume of people to justify it. This Starbucks just cost my roadtrip an hour AND they got the drinks wrong.

Ordered a coffee frap the server put 6 pumps of frap in my coffee frap I asked her why it was so sweet something was wrong she said she made it as should be .my friend that works at Starbucks says 3 pumps of frap not 6 . No one answer the phone . The worse Starbucks I have ever been to

Whyyyyy have hours of operation if you're not going to be open!!?? They close at 8 and I tried to grab something at 7:40 and they're closed. The place had already been cleaned, including the display cases and no one in sight! Which leads me to believe that they've been closed for a while! Know who's still opened though, and adheres to their hours?? Dunkin! Please do better!
