Stopped on a whim after a hike in the area. Found good wine, interesting people, and a beautiful setting. Will plan to return intentionally.
Scenery is beautiful. The owner was very nice and the head employee gave us a unique lesson on wine.We purchased 3 bottles of Delicado. Excellent!
Very unprofessional service. We had receive a wrong bottle, and instead of making things right, we were told to “buy another bottle”. Would not recommend
Brought my cousin here for her birthday and we bought 6 wines all together. Audrey gave us the wrong bottle and instead of sending us one due to her mistake she said “either drive (2 hours) or buy a bottle online.” I don’t think this is good business.
I also want to mention her and her husband oddly asked to take a picture of me because “i looked like a family friend”. Before I could give an answer the husband had his phone out taking a picture of me.
I go to winery’s often and usually it’s a beautiful experience. The wine is OK. The tasting is OK. The people who serve the wine look miserable and give you a droplet of wine to go with your little bite sized food.
Would not allow my service dog on the premises after driving an hour to visit this winery.
The lady told me to leave my dog in the car in 80 degree weather Lmfao. Crazy.
Do not recommend.
We had a lovely time and learned a ton about wine. Ended up buying a few bottles we liked as well. Reading the other reviews we were very surprised. The owners were friendly and fun and answered all of our questions. We see a lot of reviews here about the train and/or heat which the winery has no control over. Also pour sizes are small and that’s based on NJ law for sampling. We also read negative reviews about their German Shepherd and are now disappointed we didn’t get to see their beautiful dog!! The owners live on the property and are welcoming you to their home. Openly, the negative reviews didn’t match our experience at all. We would definitely come back and love supporting a local family owned vineyard.
Very nice place! The view, staff, and wine are wonderful for the money! The staff were very personal and helpful! A better value for your money than Alba Winery just up the road! Unless you want to throw away money, stop here and don’t go any further to Alba! The views are spectacular! Thanks Villa Milagro!
Loved this winery. Went here for my best friend’s 50th birthday and had such a wonderful experience. The owners and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Love the fact that it’s 15 minutes from my house.
Great place to visit. Hosted by the owners, you can see that they really care about the business and being a part of the local community and wine culture. Temps were hot but that didn’t keep the fun down at all.
Great place all around.
Where do I begin? A scenic train ride to a beautiful winery sounds like a magical experience but it ended up being the train ride to hell. Unfortunately for us , we went during a heat wave and the train ride was unbearable due to it's lack of air conditioning and all the windows do not open. The scenic view is not that scenic as you can barely see the river but get a good view of several homes along the tracks. From there they put us on an un air-conditioned yellow school bus with the owner of the winery who begins explaining the history of the winery. The bus is not equipped for adult passengers. The seats are kid size and our group barely had enough room to sit. After a bumpy ride we arrive at the winery soaking wet from sweat only to have the owner want us to stand in the blazing sun to talk about the vineyard. We're all thinking at least we will be in air conditioning for the tasting, but oh no! We were herded under a canopy with 2 fans blowing hot air around plastic chairs and tables. The owner continues to talk and talk explaining the various wines and finally the tasting if you can call it that. The pour is barely a sip! The owner started pouring for all the guests and after he missed a couple he yelled at young staff to get them wine. It was really uncomfortable to watch. By the time it was over, we had about 25 minutes to spare as that is when the shuttle school bus leaves to take you back to the train or you are stuck at this winery with an owner who definitely is not hospitable. I am writing this only to make others aware that this experience is very misleading and I bet this winery does not get many repeat guests. I have been to many wineries including the Finger Lakes and this by far has been the worst.

Thanks you for everything MrG.
Take the wine tasting class! Sing up for their events. Beautiful views. Great wines, different flavors. The winery is family owned.
Beautiful relaxing setting with excellent quality wine selections. Audrey, Steve and team are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. This is our new go-to vineyard to visit.
Don’t take the Winery train!! Your trip is limited to 1.5 hours and then you are forced back onto the bus. If you have travelled 4 hours like us you will be greatly let down. Oh we were told we could take the train back to our car and then drive back here, but you can’t stay!! You are forced to do the tour and then you get a few minutes to BUY some wine but if you are looking for a relaxing afternoon - do t take the train!! This was very disappointing!!!!
One of my favorites. Great winery, nice people. What a view.
