What you get with White Castle is consistency, whether its 10 at night after a shift at work or 2 in the afternoon, its always tasting the same. It’s nostalgic to me for some reason even though I never had White Castle when I was younger I love going here every once in a while due to it being super cheap and despite the lack of quality, I think they taste pretty good. Its not amazing by any means no but if you crave it its next level. Inside is always very very clean and staff is exceptional, took a while to get help for my order, even though there was nobody in the drive-thru, but they were nice and sweet. I go here about 2 times a month and the food somehow always manages to be amazing. However I will take off a star, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A SODA FROM HERE. The Freestyle machine either never works or makes the Sodas taste really bad. Overall, good job White Castle, you remain as one of the most over-hated fast food spots but you’re a great one to me.

Ordered a case of 100. Took an hour to fill the order. Meanwhile 20 other orders were filled. When the case was finally ready, I picked it up and all the sliders hit the floor. The box was not put together correctly. Waited another 30 minutes for the order to be filled again. Was only offered an order of onion rings and chicken rings for the inconvenience.

Always have to stop in NJ to get my White Castle fix. However, they put ketchup on their sliders, we're not used to that in the Cincinnati area. The staff were great and the inside was clean but a little cold.

No one was in the restaurant dining when we got there. We waited for a while for someone to take our order. There were folks behind the counter and no one said “we’ll be with you in a moment”. It was sort of odd.
The burgers were underwhelming. They seemed soggy like they were just steamed by the microwave. The fries were good. The place was clean.

Gosh, I've been going to White Castle for many decades. I always loved them, so when I get a chance to stop at one like this one, I do 10/29/24: I stopped in again on my way to WV. I got my usual double White Castles with ketchup. They were juicy and steamed just right with lots of delicious onions. I had 4 of them, and they tasted like they always did. I washed it down with a diet Barqs root beer, a rare thing to find in a fast food restaurant nowadays. I wish there was a White Castle near me in Charleston WV!
