Got a few items as I usually do, I specifically asked for ranch sauce for the 5$ biggie bag and got bbq instead, got cheese fries just to find out that I got the bottom of the barrel burnt tasting like old oil. And then I said did they give us napkins and my girl said yes here it is. And I provided a picture. This place ALWAYS screws something up. EVERY TIME! doesn’t matter if you go In, drive thru, or mobile order. Rest assured every time you stop Here for food you’ll always be missing something or it will be incorrect. Terrible management.

Awfully long wait in the Drive-Thru on a Monday afternoon I gave up and left don't have time on lunch break to sit in line and wait. I really didn't even look busy inside only a few cars in the lot had to be employees maybe one or two customers and three cars in the Drive-Thru and I'm waiting 10 minutes so I gave up

Got my order wrong 2 times, waited over 30 minutes and then meat was still raw!! Dave’s Double (ketchup n pickle only), bowl of chili and drink. Tall blonde with glasses, what’s sad is she got the other 4 people’s order wrong too that were behind me in line!!!

This location might be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've been here multiple times and have had a bad experience every time. I tried to give them another chance...big mistake. I tried to use a mobile deal to get a Dave's single and a 10-piece spicy nugget but the deal would not work on the phone because Wendy's app sucks and never works. When I tried to use the deal and gift card inside it didn't work and the manager had to override it. With the gift card he kept claiming there was no money on it when it was connected to the app which said it had $5 and change. Then he changed his tune and claimed their system is broken. He was starting to get nasty reiterating the same thing so needless to say I walked out with no food. This location never fails to disappoint even when you do get the food it typically sucks.

To start off, an old creepy man followed us in... which was weird but not fault of the wendys. HOWEVER WHY DID IT TAKE AN 1 HOUR OF WAITING TO GET MY FOOD? MCDONALDS WOULD NEVER DO THIS TO ME. THERE WASNT EVEN ANY BACON ON MY BACONINATOR FRIES. This was very unprofessional and the service wasn't much better. Wouldn't recommend 🙄

The drive thru was long so I went in and there were only 3 workers. I stood there for 20 minutes. People in front and behind me had eventually tapped out of waiting. I completely understand short staff and being busy. But not a single worker said anything to us. There was no I’m sorry I’ll be with you shortly. Nothing. They wouldn’t even glance at us. At this point you need to put up a sign to say go through the drive thru or they need to go every other order from between drive thru and the inside. At one point someone behind me was purposefully complaining loudly and still no one acknowledged us. Making customers wait that long with no acknowledgement is entirely unprofessional and honestly disrespectful. Atleast discount the order or something. I watched them lose so many customers today for this.
