They need new employeees a lot of them are so lazy and hold the line up for everyone else like what are you even working at the job for it’s embarrassing i’ve come here many times to a similar issue this place is garbage

Really slow service. And a couple times they claimed to have run out of beef. Poorly managed location. Just wanted to update this review, went back, and yes it’s still the worst Wendy’s in existence.

Only thing I can rate upon is my wait experience. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe it wasn't. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order placed. When I pulled up for my turn, I saw there was only one car in front of them. No other vehicles pulled away with their order

I waited for about 7 or 8 minutes and just left. The two other vehicles behind me left shortly after as well without placing an order.

The staff were all very friendly.
Unfortunately the food made everyone’s stomach hurt and all needed to rush to the toilets. Three people two toilets not fun! We all had cheese burgers. We picked up the food because we had a busy day and wanted to save time. Didn’t workout that way we had to stop our day and run home. Won’t be stopping here again.

Drove through at 7am and got the Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwich for breakfast and $1. Great quick service and delicious hot meal. Drive through person efficient and fast and friendly.

For years, I loved Wendy’s, especially when Dave Thomas was running it. I’ve been to many different Wendy’s in many different states but this Wendy’s is the worst. The food is very greasy. If you don’t believe me, look at the bag of anyone who gets takeout. They also don’t seem to have enough staff to take care of all the orders they have and one time I got a salad which was old because you could see that the tips of the lettuce was brown. I will not be coming back to this Wendy’s because they do a poor job of a very good product.

The bathrooms were the worst ive ever seen for a wendys. The food took forever, they got our order wrong, and the food was old, cold, and stale.

I love wendys but this is ridiculous.

Disgusting. We waited 6 minutes at the speaker to order then 8 minutes at window for our food with no line in front of us. They got my daughter’s kids meal wrong, it was supposed to be a cheeseburger and they gave us a chicken sandwich. I went inside to get it fixed and the roof was leaking and there were flies EVERYWHERE. Not a few, hundreds, landing on all the food and equipment. We didn’t even wait, we threw all our food away and left. Absolutely disgusting.

This Wendy’s has gone downhill recently - no A/C, dirty bathrooms, lots of flies inside. Although I have to say that the food was decent. Not sure what’s going on but this used to be a pretty good location.

There seems to be a problem getting good help these days and the help it is there seems to be heavily stressed and unfriendly. Maybe it’s just me but this is not just this location or this brand of stores. It’s many fast food places. But I do believe that Wendy’s needs to improve…

Never have I ever seen such nasty food like the rotten salad as the one you sold my friend. I don't want to hear oh we were understaffed that's bs. You sold a hot rotten chicken salad to a veteran and you should be ashamed.

Took us nearly 35 mins to go through the drive thru and when we finally arrived to thd window the lady handed me my bag of food with a terrible attitude and then forgot one of my frosties so after she shoves me food to me then slams the glass opening and then realizes I am still sitting there opens then window and says umm what's you needs? I said you forgot my small chocolate frosty she sighs and slams the window closed and doesn't come back for nearly another 5 minutes with the frosty. So that is the last time I spend my money at that Wendy's since they want to act like I should feel lucky that my hard earned money is being taken by their barely working hands with an extra side lf unnecessary attitude. If you don't want to be working then you guys have the right attitudes to eventually land you right in the unemployment line. This wendys is most definitely in the running for the worst or in the bottom 5 percent of nj Wendy's!

This Wendy’s is pretty much a nightmare. You are guaranteed to sit in the drive through for a minimum of 20-30 minutes every time. By the time you get your food it’s ice cold.
