Got here before 9:00 on a Friday night and summer and was told that even though I drove up to the drive-thru which has DD and Baskin the Baskin was closed even though that's not what it said online why have two businesses that run out of the same drive-thru and have different hours or hours that aren't posted correctly on Google or online? The guy to drive through told me he was even confused about the hours and he works there. I don't know what's going on Baskin Robbins but they really should post their hours so people actually know when they're open if they would go there. From now on I'm going to the straight ice cream places like Sundaes or Mr softee. Their hours are posted in are correct and they're open in the summertime.

I'm not a cop and personally try to avoid them so I very rarely go to any donut shop. To me it's nothing but fried sugar served by people who I can't understand what they are saying. Sorry don't mean to sound that way but I truly don't understand what they are say 1/2 the time.

This is by far one of the better DD's in the area. Nice staff and they don't chinch out on any add ons. BUT it is in a very dangerous section of rt9.

It's been a few years and they have new people working here now and the service is very good. They are friendly and I enjoy coming to this location. I come to DD almost everyday and the woman working here encouraged me to download the app to earn free drinks which I have now and I absolutely love it! Their donuts are always fresh, soft and delicious. I love Dunkin' Donuts!

Need a better variety of ice cream cake, the largest one they had was small. At least they give cakes in the drive thru.

First thing i was unable to understand the person on the microphone on the drive up then they didn't know if they had enough of the ice cream that we wanted the flavors that they carry are not posted on the drive up board so i got frustrated and drove off needless to say I'll never go there again

Half the section of ice cream were empty, so not a variety of flavors as do most Baskin Robbins have. The girl who worked there was nice though.

I go to this dunkin donuts all the time, sometimes have problems with things I order but that rarely happens. Couple weeks ago went thru the drive in and I got a Iced Latte coconut caramel, when I got to work I had to add milk in it myself, they never put milk in it, so gross! How can you not know that milk goes into it...staff must have been in sleep mood that day!

Just seems like this place can't get their shh together. Went there a month or so ago for munchkins for my nephews and they were out of them. I find that a little odd for a donut shop. But ok. Went there today for munchkins and got a mix of 25. No chocolate. No glazed. Just the kinds most kids don't like to eat. It would've been nice for the girl who rushed me through ordering to inform me that the most popular ones were not available. On top of that all but one flavor were stale and hard. School just let out so in my opinion this is a popular munchkin time but clearly it's not a second thought to this place. Probably won't waste my money here ever again.
This may be the busiest Dunkin' Donuts location I have ever been to. In addition, it was one of the quickest as well. The ordering process was so quick that we were not ready with our payment by the time we were being handed our coffees. If you happen to arrive during their express hours, they have a separate drive up window to the right of the regular drive thru lane. The quality is what you may expect from Dunkin' Donuts. This location also has the Baskin Robbins so don't forget the delicious milk shakes!

The people there at night just dont care, and they make it evident. They refuse to help you even the slightest bit when it comes to ordering and they always are somehow out of 50% of the flavors of ice cream. They should fire all the night people, they really know how to make someone not want to come back.

The food is what you expect from this type of place. The service is slow even if you are the only person there. The staff is generally too busy talking in the drive thru area. Sometimes the front register person is very nice other times they seem moody as all hell.

Have been trying coffee from this location for several weeks and 50% of the time my order is wrong. 75% of the time my coffee is room temperature and after going inside to tell them on multiple occasions they say oh sorry here is a hot one. This visit I made yesterday was officially the last - not only did they mess up the amt of sugar I opened the lid when I got home cause something didn't taste right - to find curdled cream! Absolutely disgusting.
