Absolutely horrible the night manager was verbally abusive over a fixing cup and totally wrong order so I called the next day asked to speak with the manager that was not available so the man said I can probably help you which he did not at all alls he wanted to do was what was good for him not refund my 30$ which they make on one order come to find out he was the owner so from the beginning he was a liar so now I know why the lady acted how she did because it’s obviously allowed if the owner is setting that kind of example he did nothing for me I’m sorry but to be hard up for $30 is wrong costumers are obviously not priority and they do not care if you are not satisfied pretty sad when I told him I do not feel comfortable coming back because how unstable that lady was I said if you replaced my meal wouldn’t that be the same as just refunding me he said well no I’m actually shocked how both interactions went with two different people at this place it’s wrong they do not care about their costumers at all

This is the only drive through in America that will ignore someone at the speakers trying to order. Twice now I sat there for 5-10 minutes saying hello with no response. When I drive to the window they act like I’m crazy and try telling me to go back around. They don’t seem to understand how drive throughs

First, I had no idea brick and mortar Roy Rogers restaurants were still around. We ended up in an area of South Jersey we had not been to before because we had to pick up an item we purchased online. When we drove past the restaurant, we looked at each other and literally said at the same time, "Is that an actual Roy Rogers?" We had not been to a Roy Rogers in probably thirty years. Well, we had to check it out. We walked inside and I truly felt like I had stepped back in time, in the best way. It was Roy Rogers as I had remembered it from the 80's. Clean, same decor and complete with Fixin's Bar and 80's TV shows on the TV's! There was a steady stream of regulars eating in and one man told us the owner is the same owner since the 70's. The place was busy. The food? It was the same Roy Rogers food you remember. We enjoyed it. It was fresh, exactly what we expected in terms of taste, the staff were very friendly, and even came around to greet the customers, many by name. I was shocked at how busy it was and how most people ate in, which is just so different from how we engage with fast food now. It was a nice experience. Left feeling very uplifted at having spent an hour remembering simpler times...not a self-ordering kiosk in sight. We actually had to go back to the area the following week to pick up another order and we went again...consistent experience. Our daughter is going to be attending college out that way in September. We definitely plan to return for the food, the friendly staff and of course, the nostalgia.

Terrible service, cashier made a mistake and attempted to charge extra after I already had paid. Manager Beth refused to make it right. second time getting awful service from two different "managers". Won't be back to this location brick location is much better.

Nice place for a nostalgic meal experience. There aren’t many places left in busy towns/cities that just give you that back in the day, childhood vibe. No gimmicks, no extras just good people, good food and a good time. The chicken tenders are the crispiest yet juiciest I’ve had from a fast food restaurant. Quite flavorful too! The fried chicken itself is also very good but a little too breaded for my personal taste (just like KFC and Popeyes so it’s still worth a try). The fries are good not too greasy, no added salt and served fresh and golden. They have a salad bar area where you can add your own toppings and condiments (a very nice touch!) drink machines are fresh so whatever flavor you choose should be nice and crisp. They even have a cheesesteak! Pretty good too. There’s ample seating at this location and it is clean. The staff are welcoming and they maintain the facility throughout their shifts. Plenty of parking available as well as a drive thru. On a Friday night, this place was getting packed just around 7pm with families including young children. That’s a good sign!

Disgusting! I specifically asked the lady for legs instead of wings and when I got home it was all wings in the box! Tried calling and they never answer the phone! I drove 20 minutes away for some Roy rogers! This is ridiculous ?

Food was horrible especially for the price you have to pay for it the people need to be retrained and thee store could use a good broom and a mopping.
