Ingredients are grade A and food is great, just wish atmosphere was lighter.

The guy (owner) is extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. how they are still open & running is beyond me. Never coming back here again!!

Haven't been there for many, many years. Looks dif now, maybe new owner?Figured I'd try two dinners ... eggplant parm and vodka ravioli. Eggplant was meticulously stacked with perfect layers. I guess that's the catering influence. Eggplant is one of my favorite italian dishes and this hit the spot!Ravioli will be tasted tonight. Hope its just as good.I'll be back to try a few more soon.

Staff was great . Food is very good. Tall guy named perry/owner I believe should not be waiting on customers. Very rude and not very helpful. I might not go back because of him . I was new to the area and something I liked on the previous visit and wanted it again but the owner was not helpful at all .. thumbs down on customer service ???

They have very good food there and it's nice and clean the Italian restaurant

Decent food for a quick bite. But that man in there is so terrible to customers. Rolls his eyes when I come in, yells at me for asking questions. If you go there ask to speak to the lady because that man is the opposite of good customer service.

11$ for a tiny sandwich not worth it there's definitely better options around beside that they got my sandwich wrong then realized the second time they missed things I asked for terrible deli didn't even apologize

Bland and tasteless meatballs for $2.85 each. I saved the tomato sauce for another dish, but the meatballs were just plain and boring.

Ordered a cheesesteak while on my lunch break. I went to eat it once I got home and the cheese was missing. It was dry crumbly meat that was so inedible. I called back and they told me to come back and get a new one. Which I did because I didn't wanna be out almost $13 (!!) Well the 2nd had just a cold piece of cheese slapped on top. The older guy gave me dirty looks when I brought it back. I won't be going back. Should have read the reviews first.

The food isn't anything special. There are definitely better places in the area. The chicken in my sandwich was rubbery and gross.That older horrible man that works at the counter is why I'll never step foot in this place again. What a miserable human being, why work in food service if you're going to be that unfriendly and mean? I wish I would have checked out reviews before I went to this place.It's good to know places like this will lose business because of reviews on Google. Not to mention word of mouth. The woman who works there is wonderful but that man really ruins a customer's experience. As soon as you go in be the man is so rude with this "what do you want" then seems impatient and rude when you ask a question. Sorry I had a simple question because it was my first time here ? What an unpleasant experience. If the food was good it would have warranted dealing with this, but it's not.I'll definitely never spend another cent at this place.

All sandwiches are very fresh & tasty! My husband and I love their food. ??

Have been going to this place for years, ordered Christmas cookies , was picking them up today which is Christmas Eve at 11am, needless to say the cookies were picked up yesterday by someone else, so I'm stuck now with no cookies! Customer service is horrible!! Won't be going back any time soon!!
