Using the mobile app to order from here is essentially useless as every time I go here I have to wait ten to fifteen minutes for them to make the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

So, I've been coming to this location just about every Friday for the past month or three. Would always park, order on the app, head in, and pick up my meal with minimum issue.
Except today for some reason!
I walked in later than usual after placing my order, so I expect mine to be there. Instead, two smaller orders and soon after an Uber/Whatever-Service delivery bag sat there a while.
After waiting another five minutes, noticing the little bag wasn't picked up, I pointed out to the lady working behind the counter that I had placed a mobile order that someone may have taken (became obvious when the small bag laid there desolate and isolated, wanting to be loved and enjoyed). She had me reset the app and reload the order, probably assuming I didn't know what I was doing (know what happens when you assume, etc.).
Noticing that I was probably right in saying someone took it, she kindly replicated the order on her kiosk to make sure I received my order. But instead of following my order how I had asked (specifically included a "plain" McDouble for a friend), she just went on, took the old order that had been sitting there (it was mildly similar in content), gave me a super microwaved McChicken, and off I went.
Of course, the McDouble was not plain.
This may come off as a petty review, but as a worker, possibly even of a management position, you should at least have the mindset to serve the disgruntled customer, who is always right. Right?
An extra second or two of effort and good reading comprehension can go a long way.

To the blonde woman with the ponytail at the first drive thru window on 8/12/24, next time you have a hard time understanding someone who’s ordering, try saying excuse me instead of “you need to slow down, you talk way too fast, nobody can understand you” at the window. Learn how to talk to customers! Nasty and rude!

The service is horrendous.i asked for help trying to understand the how to complete the on line order but the manager simply walked away, then called me a bendajo in spanish would give 0 stars of I could

Was coming here for many years. Staff is not that nice anymore. I couldn't believe how rude they've become and some of these employees have been working here for some years. They started making personal comments at me. It happened more than a few times and doesn't feel friendly to stop by here for anything including coffee. They actually got angry at me for coming here just for their $1 coffee. I don't understand what's wrong with buying their coffee if they're in the food and beverage business.

It was my birthday. Food was just like any other McDonald's as expected. The lady that was serving me with food was great. She said I could eat and pay later as I was using the app to get deals. She was so nice! 8/10. Got 2 Ice-creams, medium fries, and a 6 piece mcnugget all for only 6.99$..!
