High Life Skii Club held a 60th anniversary party on Nov 1 with 99 members attending. With an assorted buffet menu and a live band, our members had a memorable evening in the private room of Tavern 73. The cash bar was very busy, and people raved about the food as they left this 4-hour event. Special thanks to Kaya and Gail for the excellent job they did to help to organize and execute this event. They were Best! Thank you, Tavern 73. High Life will not forget you!

We absolutely love this place and our last visit was especially tasty. I had the fish and chips, which were incredible, along with the tartar sauce, the fries, and the small mac & cheese i got as the other side. The rest of our party had incredibly tasty meals as well. We sat outside on the covered patio area. Very nice even with the sun being out, the shades really keep the temperature down.

Food was good but a little on the higher side (not by much) and we sat outdoors for dinner. It was later in the evening and our server even fixed a wobbly table for us! Seems like a place we will go back to and try a few other things on the menu

Stopped by Tavern 73 for the first time today. I wanted the fish tacos but for some reason the waitress talked me into the burger. Let's just say she knows her food. I ordered the bacon infused Burger with cheddar instead of Gorgonzola and it was unbelievable. I can't wait to go back for those fish tacos. But I may just get the burger again. I ate inside but after my French onion soup was done I moved outside. I saw this beautiful waitress she was so pretty and kept coming in from outside so I asked her can I sit outside and she said yes so I moved out there. It was beautiful weather to sit outside. So when you go order the burger and tell them Glen sent you. And sit outside if it's nice.

Along with two friends, I visited Tavern 73 for the first time in August 2025. From the moment we arrived until the moment we said our goodbyes, everything was picture perfect. The staff was kind and very helpful. My salad was one of the best and freshest I have ever tasted. It was my first visit, but will surely not be my last.

We sat at the bar and waited almost 10 minutes before we got noticed and were given the menu. We waited another 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order ,and that was after saying something. Another 15 minutes went buy before we got our drinks ( beer and a pre-made sangria) and that was also after people that arrived 5 minutes earlier and already got their drinks. Another 25 min went by,my drink glass was empty for the past 10 min, before anyone ask if I want another drink. Services at the bar was just THE WORST! We were completely ignored by the female bartender.

As someone who values the craft of a well-made burger, I was genuinely disappointed by my recent Tavern burger experience. Both burgers ordered shared the same core issues: • Dryness of the patty – The meat lacked balance in fat-to-lean ratio. Even cooked medium-well, the patty was noticeably dry, which took away from the enjoyment. • Lack of seasoning – I could not detect salt, pepper, or any seasoning that might lift the flavor. The result was a bland and unbalanced bite. • Absence of sauce – A burger without even a light sauce or condiment feels incomplete. There was nothing to offset the dryness or add richness. • The bun – While soft, it too leaned dry, leaving the overall texture flat and unenjoyable.
Burgers are simple but sacred—built on balance. A juicy patty, proper seasoning, and thoughtful layers (a sauce, crisp vegetables, or cheese that harmonizes) make all the difference. Unfortunately, these Tavern burgers missed the mark.
I leave this review not to discourage, but in hopes the kitchen takes the feedback to heart. A slight adjustment to meat blend, seasoning, and sauce could transform this burger into something memorable

I only purchased a gift certificate for someone here but the staff I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Also i did not realize that they have a private party room here. That is definitely worth looking into if someone is looking for a private party at a nice restaurant.
