I asked for avocado toast with bacon bits and at first they did not give me the bacon bits then when i let them know that it was supposed to have the bacon bits on it they gave me a rude look and put bacon slices on my toast.

Went to the drive through, and received someone else’s coffee order. By the time i realized it i had already left. When i came back to request my order (i offered to pay for a new coffee) the girl inside immediately recognized that she gave me the wrong order and right away not only apologized but remade my drink perfectly with no additional charge. I always such a better experience here than berlin. Love this place ❤️

I will definitely not attempt to go here again. I ordered 1 large iced caramel coffee. The dunkin rep gave me a substitution because she didn't want to make more iced coffee. When I asked if I could, at the very least, try it as I am particular when it comes to coffee. I get an attitude instead. I just left as I could not believe the attitude i was getting for wanting to confirm the $5 coffee i am paying for is to my taste. Extremely poor service.

Came to the building at 6:05 (lobby closes @ 9) wanted a coffee and to use the restroom. Workers were sitting down on their phones with the doors locked….all lights on and “open” sign lit up.
He signaled me that they were closed but there were cars in the drive thru ordering. Very rude and unprofessional

I went there and ordered a bagel and a coffee, One worker got my order wrong and began making faces and touching my food with dirty gloves when I asked him to remake it he gave me such an additude it was horrible!! The bathrooms are nasty and the workers are rude. Do not go here!

I go here all the time last 2 times I went I asked for liquid sugar I got nothing second time they put too much then I asked for a separate box of tea I just brought a box a week ago and it was $6.99 this week they said $10 went to another spot and got it for $6.99. I won't be going back to this establishment again and I will tell my friends abd coworkers not too as well..

I can't stand walking into a business, giving my name for pickup to multiple employees, and upon everyone else being helped (1 customer in store, 2 cars in the drive thru), 5 minutes later I'm handed my order that was already done before I walked in the store that was sitting right behind the counter.
