The last two times my husband and I came here we had to wait 40 minutes extra when the mobile order stated 15 minutes. Him and I are currently waiting 20 minutes extra on this current mobile order that is also 15 minutes. There are multiple others awaiting their overdue mobile orders currently. Came here at 8:15 pm today and they said that they are not taking any orders until we told them we placed a mobile order already. Chicken from previous orders are usually extremely oily.

I’ll always go to Popeyes, Iffys, Dave’s ANYWHERE else from now on. This is not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time that I’ve come here and they “have no chicken” don’t matter if u order at the window or on the app, there will be no chicken awaiting ur arrival EVERRRRRR!!!! How this place has not been shut down is BEYOND ME. You’d think with all the competition around, KFC would realize they old and played out and try to do better to keep business going but no. If there was a way to cancel an order on the app that’s what I’d be doing right now instead of waiting in the parking lot for them to cook chicken at the chicken spot 😡 currently been waiting 25 minutes and still waiting …….DONE

Never in my life have I heard of a restaurant not refunding your money if the order is not what u wanted or their extremely small portions they advertise. The night manager informed me that 5 months ago they put in a policy of no refunds/no exceptions then I ask for a number to make a complaint and she says they don’t have a number because cooperative didn’t give them a number so they don’t know! My advice don’t go here and spend your money!

Update 3/26/25. Saddest excuse of chicken tenders I've ever seen. And 3 of them costed $10. Really should be ashamed of themselves. I see this place shutting down very soon.
Original post 4 years ago: The honey bbq wings were good but the reg fried chicken... made me so sad. KFC use to be the best! This time it tasted like the banquet brand i get from the frozen section in the grocery store. 😭
Every time I go there, they never have the chicken I want. How is a chicken place not have chicken. The only thing that was good about the visit was the cashier. She was very nice and friendly. The manager and the drive-Thur cashier all they did was arguing the whole time I was there.

I ordered nuggets from here and got extremely sick. I was throwing up and had an extremely bad stomach ache for the rest of the day into the next. I will never get food here again or any KFC. This location single handedly ruined KFC for me

When I say this place is horrible no matter what time or day you go! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting my money there. I placed an order through the app for pick up at 11am on 12/20/24. It was a 4 piece combo and a 2 piece combo with mash. I should’ve checked the food before leaving because every piece of the chicken was undercooked and greasy af! The store opens at 10:30 and I was there by 11:07, probably the first order of the day and it’s undercooked! The store looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages to top it off! Food went straight to the trash so I end up going somewhere else.
