I ordered food through the website. I never received anything. I called and the guy answered and told me they delivered it to the gate. There is no gates where we live. I drove to the store and he tells me there’s nothing I can do my driver said he delivered it! I have three kids in the house hungry waiting for food we never received! I called the police, this is insane!

Ordered pizza march 4th for dinner saved 2 pieces for lunch the next day while eatting my first slice of pizza I felt something hard spit it out and it was a piece of wire I called the location to let them know I got told I would be contacted back never heard anything else the manager didn’t even take my information I sent him these Same photos I posted very bad customer service and disgusting that I find a wire in my pizza I will never order from here again !

If I can leave no stars i will.. better ingredients better pizza my ass.. have no flavor.. give u the run worst then taco bell on taco Tuesday... I would rather get 10 old pizza from the dumpster.. then eat there again

Online order #1183992266 and went to the store once notified that order was ready. Upon arrival order was not ready and had to wait about 5/6 minutes. No problem. Once receiving the order I noticed that the honey chipotle wings had very minimal sauce so I requested a proper amount of sauce to which the young man working was happy to accommodate. Next, I open the boneless wings and notice just a simple drizzle of red sauce that was supposed to be lemon pepper and it did not look appetizing whatsoever. I politely asked if I could have them switched to Garlic Parmesan instead to which the female cashier adamantly refused. At this point I requested a refund for the boneless wings to which the cashier said we cannot refund one item. At the same time, I decided to check the pizza as well, which was a large Shaq-a-Roni pepperoni pizza supposed to be covered with pepperoni as well as chicken that I added for an extra charge. The amount of pepperoni was minimal, no more than a regular pizza and there was only literally two pieces of chicken on the pizza. The cashier then got on the phone with her manager, and I informed her that I would like a full refund for the order. At first, she refused and then eventually gave in once I stated that we are going to have to contact local police and that this was not Papa John’s customer service. Eventually, she issued me a receipt for my refund. This is completely unacceptable both product quality, and customer service. I will not return back to Papa John’s for this reason.

My husband went in and ordered 2 XL pizzas, an order of wings and cheesy bread. The total was 68.27. He didn’t realize the price until he got the receipt as he wasn’t paying attention. He came to the car and told me so I took the receipt and walk in to talk to the person behind the counter. I asked her if there was any way she could put all this together and give us a deal. She said they don’t have any deals. I got on my phone and looked up deals for that location and it said carry out only. I showed her my phone and asked her again if she could adjust the price for the deals I found. She told me I would’ve had to order it online and then pick it up. I wasn’t going to argue with her because I could tell her mind was made up. Needless to say that was my first and last visit to any papa John’s. She wasn’t even trying to help me. They got the money but lost a customer forever. I hope the money was worth it and I hope people read these reviews before ordering so they will go out of business or be forced to sell to someone with more compassion.
Parking: Parking is very minimal and the delivery driver doesn’t help the way he zips around the parking lot like it’s a race track.

Hard to communicate the orders.
Worst place ever. Placed an online order over 2 hours ago and still don't have our food. Tried to contact the store, nobody will pick up no matter what option you choose. Don't waste your time!!!

I called the store the first time and they were “unable to refund me”

Worst of the worst
I ordered delivery from Papa John's in Pine Hill. Not only did they deliver my food to Voorhees. I live in Pine Hill. When I called to get it straightened out I was transferred and hung up on 7 times. I will be there first thing tomorrow when they open for a full refund. I will keep you posted on that outcome my kids left hungry. Thank you for nothing

I walked in and was greeted by flies. Dough trays were open, and the flies were having a grand time. Overall, this is very unsanitary and they need more staff members. The young lady looks very overwhelmed. Also, I don’t know how much revenue this location brings in. However, the district leader/ owners should think about moving location so customers can park adequately.

Ordered here an hour and a half before closing thru ubereats. Driver shoes up says thag the store cancelled the order, but they never cancelled it thru uber so the order stayed active& kept sending drivers there. I called multiple times and they said it was cancelled and Id be refunded- but they never cancelled it, Called again after the 6th driver showed up and they told ME to cancel it which i will NOT do because i will not be charged for the order that THEY CANCELLED!!! You need to hire people that are competent because it seems like nobody there understands that if they want to cancel an order , they have to do it so we dont get charged. Also, why cancel a order of one pizza an hour and a half before closing if your actually open?!???
