Ordered from Uber Eats. Called after waiting over an hour and uber would not cancel. Store said they would and called back and they said the did. Driver delivered the pizza it was cold and not even in a bag. Uber only gave us 4 dollars.

Horrible service food is never consistent. I used to go to the williamstown location of b.h.p BUT since the fire all their orders come to this place which I found out usually only has 1 person working. It's ridiculous I usually order every monday but since having to go through this place my order takes a MINIMUM of an hr to get to me n it's usually wrong I dont usually complain but this is just being lazy! I've worked in the food service industry n this place ain't it. I get 3 sometimes 4 pizzas the pizza I order for me n my elderly mom is SUPPOSED to have light sauce as she cant handle the regular amount n I dont like alot of sauce so I get the light so it's not oozing into my mouth with every bite well today I got my pizza n me n my moms pizza has more sauce than the other 2 I ordered with regular sauce and the extra peppers I paid for yea I didnt get nor did I get ANY PEPPERS with my pizza so now I'm stuck with a pizza with 2 pieces missing becuz they dont want to remake itlazy! ! N I will b contacting corporate as this is ridiculous I paid almost 50$ n got food that I cant even eat .. the one that is pepperoni is supposed to have light sauce it obviously doesnt

This is not the papa johns i grew up loving, alongside pizza hut and dominoes. This foreign run pizza place located in pine hill nj is a disaster. Please, do not order from this place, you will be disappointed! This place will not only get your order completely wrong, but they will call you a liar, and say you didnt place the order correctly at the same time.
You cant make it up. Zero customer service. Tried ordering from this location 2 times in the last month, each time was a disaster, and management wasn't even close to trying to make it right. This is pizza, not rocket science, and yet here we are. Never again.
