This pine hill location should be completely shut down. I received the wrong order and somebody else got mines. I couldn't get through to the store it kept getting the answering machine and when I did get through I explained there was a mix up and was rudely hung up on. I will never order from here again. The manager was very ignorant and I don't usually do reviews but this had to be done they all should be terminated and the food was just left outside didn't even knock the only reason I knew it was here was because it said delivered when I went online I don't even know how long it was sitting out there. If the person would have knocked I would've been able to let them know they gave me the wrong order. They are very disrespectful and will be reporting them. DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I bought one stuffed crust pizza from pine hill . When I received it , it was not thoroughly done. Very simple order that could not be made correctly, smh but Tried calling the store for a refund and emailing customer service and still have gotten no response.

My boyfriend and I ordered tonight craving papa johns in the snow storm! We expected a longer delivery given the weather but the food came superrrr hot and in about 30 minutes! Also shoutout to the kind delivery driver we had who came back up to our door to confirm the extra tip we gave him. You deserved it driving in this weather!!!

I usually don't have issues. This time the delivery driver didn't know where my house was or seemingly the driver didn't know how to read simple street signs or house numbers. We messaged with the driver for 20 minutes. There is only 4 streets in my neighborhood. The driver should be fired immediately. If he was doordash then they should terminate him too.

I ALWAYS have problems with the order that way. *ALWAYS FORGET THE GARLIC SAUCE!!*Call the store, speak to a person, and have THEIR drivers deliver it (or pick it up), and you'll be alright. I live close, and my brother orders from there every Saturday when he visits.Parking: A parking spot or two out front for quick pickups, but plenty around back. Never crowded.Kid-friendliness: Its just a small store. Kids can't get into much trouble, or leave your sight.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room out back for Wheelchair lift vehicles. Smooth asphalt to the front door with no steps.

I had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with this establishment! I ordered pizza & wings through the Papa Johns app at 7:45pm after the order was processed it told me it'll be here at 8:21pm so at 8:35pm it still wasn't here so i tracked the order. It said delivered but i still haven't received it! So i called the store. The man who answered gave me the worst attitude ever! Then told me basically it's not his problem because Doordash came and picked it up so i should call them! Then hung up on me! So i called back and told him i didn't order through Doordash i ordered through Papa John's! So he told me i shouldn't care so much because i used a coupon for free delivery! So i asked so i shouldn't care even though the food i paid for didn't arrive! He said no and hung up again! Worst place of business I've ever experienced! And when i went into the store i recorded the 2 guys working using their bare hands to make all the food, count the money, touch the computer all while not wearing gloves or ever washing their hands!

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Order was delivered incomplete by Doordash. Driver did not speak English. Was told to contact the store by phone. Greeted by a recording that automatically disconnect the call when transferring to a manager. I PAID for items that I did not receive. Short of driving to the store myself, I have no way of contacting Papa Johns. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
