I’ve lived around them and been a customer for years, i’m a very socially awkward person/quiet person but they always make me feel welcomed. the food? its a nice classic pizza place. Nothing too fancy but certainly nothing bad. Love

Service was great. We ordered fries, broccoli bites and NY white pizza. The apps were okay but unfortunately our pizza was undercooked and doughy. The pizza was so raw it wasn’t edible.

The food is good when they get the order right. (I would never want sweet peepers instead of green) but there's always problems. I give them chances and there's always a problem. Wait time would say 40 min. Never here less than 1.5 hours. Wish they would get it together

Ordered chicken parm sandwich to eat inside the restaurant. They didn't bother to tell us they were out. They brought the other 3 items out & still didn't say anything. Went over twice to find out where it was. They kept saying it was in the oven. After over 45 minutes we asked for the money back because still no sandwich. We had the play to go to. (Arrived at 6pm, play was at 8) Poor communication & service. They should have told us & could have ordered something else. They didn't even offer a refund or substitution! Poor customer service/relations.Yes, it was refunded AFTER we asked for a refund! Good customer service would have told us you were sorry & out of chicken & offered a substitution, not keep telling us it was coming. Everyone else was done eating when the refund was requested, it wasn't offered, we had to ASK for it.

I had high hopes for this place only to be extremely disappointed with the service. We were a party of four and when we waited a half hour with no sign of our food, we had to go ask about it. It still took another 15 minutes for standard pizza fare, sandwiches & calzones, to arrive. Only we were still missing a sandwich. Two more times we had to ask about our missing sandwich. Each time being told it’s being prepared. After over an hour passed, we finally had to ask for a refund which they then insisted the sandwich was now ready. TOO LATE! Everyone else had already finished eating. Refund for sandwich was requested & given. I will not be eating there again!

I would highly recommend never going to this restaurant. They took over 30 minutes to make a burger wrapped in lettuce - Yes you read that right. Additionally, we were with our children and ordered one slice of pizza for each and it couldn't even bring that out correctly. We ordered the Sicilian slices and it brought a regular slices when we asked to at least get our kids fed while we waited for over 30 minutes for piece of meat wrapped in lettuce. Then the server got angry because we asked. The pizza was okay as far as quality goes and the nachos were basically burnt dry and overloaded with jalapenos. Other tables sat down after us finished our food and left and paid before we got ours. On the upside the prices were okay. I guess you get what you pay for.
