If I could give no stars I would. Solely because of the horrible and nasty attitude of the owner. Seeing how she treats her neighbors and local businesses is disgusting. It's sad, the lack of support and absolute disrespect she expresses on a day to day basis. I've seen her personally storm into said business screaming and hollering, calling the police and leaving complaints. She has caused disruption and made several guests uncomfortable MULTIPLE times. Cannot support someone who behaves so distastefully, especially as a grown woman. Hopefully she learns how to work with those around her and be a good neighbor, especially in a town like Pitman that is so lively (and often has events) and is trying more now than ever to create a welcoming environment that focuses on togetherness. That is, unless someone with a better attitude and positive business mindset buys the establishment because I did hear it's for sale.

Typically I don’t write too many reviews, however I must say that I was very impressed and highly recommend. I ordered a half sheet cake (half chocolate /half vanilla). When I went to pick it up, it wasn’t exactly decorated like I had wanted(online pic never made it to the decorator), but they were very nice and accommodating to have the cake decorator fix it and it turned out perfect!!! I had just wanted something simple but nice. The first one had balloons on it and colors that we talked about, but I had changed my mind when I saw something else on the internet. Cake was Very good and fresh and the butter cream icing wasn’t sickening sweet!!! Highly recommend this little bakery in Pitman!!!

We ordered a cannoli cake from them and it was the best one we ever had. Beautiful and moist. Next best thing to homemade cake. Totally recommend and we will be using them more in the future.

They're a regular bakery. I ordered a baby yoda cake for my son's 8th birthday. 1. I ordered orange and blue as piping (decorations) and it was an ALL white cake with orange and blue printing! 2. The baby yoda was horrible. The person is not an artist by any means. 3. The buttercream icing was the ordinary sugary type of icing you can get at shoprite for much cheaper. $45 for a 1/4 sheet cake, I expected professionalism. I wish I could attach a pic of the cake. Do not go here for a custom cake

Very good and reasonably priced cake. The owner made a custom carrot cake for my birthday and was accommodating to my husbands picky requests. It wasn’t a stereotypical carrot cake, didn’t have all the extra add ins, but that turned out to be a good thing. We compared it directly to a Whole Foods carrot cake, and everyone liked Broadway better, primarily because it was less sweet. Very good cream cheese frosting as well. When they said the 9” cake was $25, my husband paused and said, “are you sure?” He’s paid twice that for similar sized cakes in other local bakeries. Thank you!

My son had an early soccer game, which he wasn't too keen on, but I promised to get him some donuts afterwards. While we were picking out a dozen, he eyed up a lemon danish. He said that it was the best danish he ever had, the sweet and tart of the lemon was perfect, and he really enjoyed the touch of cinnamon in the pastry. Long story short, that danish made his morning.

I really wanted to like this place.Out of all the bakeries on Broadway, I think this is the oldest. So I wanted to like this established place. The staff was very accommodating. Pleasant, and they described the cookies that they were selling.Unfortunately, none of the things I ordered today tasted fresh. They tasted day old, even though I came in the morning, it looked like stuff from yesterday was sitting there. I'm finding out that the thing you need to order there is donuts, but a bakery should have fresh bread, and biscuits. The biscuits I ordered tasted old. Dry, but in a bad way. I don't mind a crumbly biscuit, but there's crumbly in a good way, or crumbly like it's been sitting on the shelf a couple of days. They we're in a plastic bag, so that should have been a dead giveaway. I ended up throwing them away. I would avoid ordering them unless you knew exactly when they were made.I also ordered cookies, and they tasted like they were pre-made to be frosted later.I didn't smell anything cooking in the store. I didn't smell bread, I didn't smell cookies. With other choices literally right up the block, that serve fresh baked goods, you may be better served visiting Crave or Just Cookies.
