Very nice workers and super chill environment! Excellent service and amazingly fresh cookies. They were very receptive to my questions and the tea is wonderful. I’d recommend this place to anyone who loves a Coby environment and sweet treats 😋

So disappointed. My dad and I went in for a GF dessert. We bought a carrot cake brownie and a OMG brownie. We were super disappointed. They look fantastic but didn’t taste good. I wish the counter help had suggested a better GF option. Just because something is sweet doesn’t mean it tastes good. Wish I had tried something else. It gets two stars as the atmosphere is lovely and counter help was nice.

I woke up excited on my son’s birthday. We had celebrated with cake on Sunday, but since it was the actual day, I decided to go to Crave in Pittman, NJ, to buy a dozen cookies. When I asked the lady if they were soft, she said “some might be”. It was morning, so I’m sure they were from the night before.
I noticed some freshly baked cookies on trays and requested those, but she told me they couldn’t serve them yet. When I asked if they were too hot, she said no, but I have to sell the ones in the case first. She offered to microwave me the old stale cookies in the case.
I explained that during my last visit, the cookies were hard, and my son prefers them soft and lighter in color—not as well done as the ones in the case. She responded with a rude attitude, saying they needed to sell the other cookies first.
I asked why she was being so unpleasant, mentioning it was my son’s birthday. She continued with a nasty attitude, called me “hun” (which was condescending), and then said, “This is my store, and I’m the owner, so you can leave!”
I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude she was. How can an owner have no class or customer service skills? Your loss on the $60 cookie sale today! My family and friends won’t be Craving your overdone cookies again!

Really delish cookies! Fairly large cookies of all flavors: peanut butter cup, oatmeal, choc chip, oatmeal-choc chip, vanilla cake, lemon blueberry, and much more- cost around $4. The cake bars are also really tasty: carrot cake, crumb cake, lemon, etc..I believe they are $7. and are a nice size. The staff has been always friendly and helpful. There is an attached bakery, which carries cupcakes and cakes.
Dietary restrictions: Many cookies and cake bars were marked Gluten free.
Kid-friendliness: Cafe-style seats available for eat-in, kid friendly space.
