The place is beautiful and very welcoming. The wait staff couldn't be nicer. I got the tortilla soup which was really good and HUGE! Big bowl! I saw the sandwiches going by so I knew they were big. I shared one with my friend. It was delish and more than ample! The turkey was fresh and there was a lot of it! Hard to get your mouth around (but I managed)! But that crusty Italian bread just put it over the top! Really awesome! All of the food I saw go past me looked equally as awesome! Go! Have a sandwich, a coffee, a flatbread, whatever! Really great! Can't wait to return!

On 1/28/23. I went with a friend to have breakfast. I ordered French toast. My friend ordered Chocolate chip pancakes and side of home fries. When we finally received our food, my 3 pieces of French toast were burnt and one was an end piece of bread. My friend received her home fries before her pancake which came without the chocolate chips. We waited for our waitress to come back and check on us but never happened. I finally had to stand up as proceed to go to counter. I called her back to our table to show her my order. I told her that I didn’t have time to wait for another order and would like this taken off and also explained that pancake didn’t have chocolate chips. She just stood there looking at me without a response until I said “well” and again her reply was that she didn’t know what to do. I told her to get the manager . We waited ten minutes and I called the other waitress over and was told that our waitress was in the back crying because she is calling the manager on the phone and is not answering as they are not allowed to take off entrees of the bill without authorization. I explained that I have someplace to be so when I stood up, our waitress handed me the bill and the other waitress said that I can either pay the bill or she will call the cops. Fortunately, for them and the quests in the restaurant, the manager called and said to take entrees off. I have never experienced such an unpleasant experience. I should have read the reviews before trying to patronize this place

We made a last minute decision to go before our show at the theatre. They had a nice variety of foods to choose from and lots of coffee options. The food was delicious and fresh. I loved the simple but beautiful decor. We will definitely be back!

Delicious food, but be prepared to wait. A simple sandwich took 55 minutes as one of the only guests in the dining room.It's unfortunate because the terrible speed and terrible service overshadowed the food.

Ordered takeout and was blown away by the size of the paninis plus absolutely delicious! Turkey and Italian paninis were incredible! Stromboli and cannolis are amazing too.A bit on the pricier side for a bistro, but portions make up for it!

Arrived 11:40 on Sunday to get breakfast. The waitress wanted to hurry our order because they stopped serving breakfast at 12:00. After taking our order and getting our coffee, she return to tell us the chef yelled at her and she can’t serve us the food we ordered. We paid for our coffee and left. Awful experience, we ordered simple breakfast items and it wasn’t even busy there. Never going back.

Just popped in for a latte and was very pleasantly surprised. Got a caramel apple latte and it was very nice, not sickeningly sweet at all. Tasted homemade. And the lady at the register was very kind. Will definitely be back to dine!

We went for lunch and the food was awful. My daughter’s chicken was raw. My husband ordered boneless Buffalo chicken wings and was served popcorn chicken. I watched the server fill the milk carton with water.$160.00 waste.

This place is trash. The food is gross the curb appeal is the only good thing going for it. The salad comes from a bag probably not washed, the milk is yellow, the chicken might be the worst thing on the menu. And the price is outrageous for how terrible the food is. The waitresses don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to the menu. I rather eat off of a McDonald’s floor better yet I rather eat off of a dogs a-hole.

I have been to Lucia's multiple times and this last experience has left me with such a sour taste. I hate to say anything negative about a local business, but this is not the first time it's happened here. I went to brunch with 4 adults and 1 child, we arrived at 9:30. They messed up 2 of the 4 orders For a simple breakfast sandwich. Never even Brought out the second person's missing pork roll for a PREC Sandwich. We did not get out food until 10:47. They brought out the child's breakfast last and it wasn't fully cooked. There was never an apology from our waitress or anything. For the insane price of the food, the huge delay in service, and the fact that no one was in the restaurant besides us- I expected a way better Experience. Just simple communication could have made this a little better. Sad to say I will not be back.
