I've only been here to pick up dozens of bagels to bring back home to central PA. Every time they are extremely friendly, helpful and the bagels are incredible. Slight crisp with a lovely chewy-yet-light inside. I appreciate if they are out of a type, they always offer to make them fresh if I'd like to wait.

The quality of this place has gone down a lot in the last year. They are always busy and I think the current staff isn’t capable of keeping up with it. They need to hire more people to provide the same level of quality they used to have. My partner placed an online order and the staff mixed it up with another order with the same name that was canceled so they didn’t prepare the order. When they finally made it, they used rolls instead of bagels so my partner had to wait even longer. One of the bagels was cut with such neglect (1st pic) and the 2nd bagel had 1.5 pieces of bacon. The first time we had Babba’s it was so good that’s why we kept coming back but the last 2 times we ordered from here have been a disaster. Maybe they are not equipped to handle online orders on top of in-store orders.

if you're looking for a quick and decent breakfast spot, this place is pretty good. Their bagels are on point, and I'm a big fan of their veggie spread. My hubby always goes for the beef sausages, egg, and cheese on a roll with salt, pepper, ketchup, and a coffee. He loves it! It's a great place to grab a quick bite in the morning. Oh, and pro tip: order ahead if you're in a rush.

The most superior bagels in the entire area. If you prefer a different bagel place you are just plain wrong. The ordering system and getting your order is pure chaos and frustrating but the bagels are worth it.

If you're looking for big, fluffy bagels with amazing flavor topped off with a friendly staff, then this is the place for you! Do yourself a favor and try their French Toast and/or their Garlic Bagels. They're great ?!!!

I am highly disappointed in this place. I usually stop in at least 2-3 times a week for breakfast on my way to work. Today I went in and ordered two sandwiches. One with cheese and one without (the one without for someone who doesn’t eat cheese) as the person is preparing the sandwich I kept saying “‘make sure the one on the bagel has no cheese “ I was assured there was no cheese. I get the sandwich to the person and of course there was cheese on it. I go to My sandwich which is pictured below and there are strands of hair inside of the sandwich. Of course no one is responding to the numerous calls. I was forced to toss $13 worth of food. All because people were in a rush and didn’t take proper precautions. I traveled far to patronize the business because I have never had a problem before. I will not be buying anything again.
