I absolutely love this place! Their bagels are always fresh and delicious. The staff is so friendly, and the lady who took my order over the phone was incredibly sweet and professional — she even confirmed my order before hanging up, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that there’s usually a long line, but it’s definitely worth the wait

The bagels and food are great, but do not order online. We ordered and didn’t get our food for almost an hour because the bagels we chose weren’t ready. Call or go in. The staff is lovely and helpful.

Decided to give their breakfast platter a shot. It was disgusting. The eggs were overcooked and the pancakes were terrible. I was a little upset especially due to the fact that this place is very popular. Just going to stick to the bagels.
