It's like a small bagel shop but they have very good food. It's in a shopping center with the Acme.

First of all way overpriced and the bagels are the size of a mini bagel. I purchased to BEC and 2 plain bagels one with scallion and another with butter and paid $24. The egg doesn't even fit on the bagel, half the egg hangs out of the sides. Can't talk taste as everyone has different taste buds but for me it was nothing crazy, other places taste better.

BUT BUYER BEWARE... Prices are very high and size is very small.

I watched them drop 2 bagels on floor,wait till they could pick them up and use in next order. I attempted to let girl know I saw her and she played no speak english game. I left without my order. Repirting to board of health

This place used to be so good! And now, it is really, really bad! Like the worst bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel I have ever had. It is rather sad how poor this place is nowadays. Don’t go here and wait in line it is not worth it at all

The worse of the worst begel place around here. Services are so bad, nobody care. The order always come out wrong, you might get the stuff you ordered. Nobody really care if the order were wrong. They took orders, took your money and they are done, dont care the rest. The line is very long and they took so long just to do 2 bagels. They are very disorganized there every time I went there. It comes to conclusion, we will stop going there. Enough is enough!

The place should be called Bagel Surprise.
It doesnt matter what you order, you get what you get! And its whenever they feel like giving it to you. Adios! Not for me.

Never again! They got it wrong once, but I figured, or was hoping, it was a one time mistake. On another visit, ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese, 1 toasted. Waiting, waiting........still waiting. Meanwhile others are getting their orders- egg sandwiches, buttered bagels, toasted etc. They see me standing there waiting yet it doesn't even ring a bell to them that something is wrong, someone is still waiting. I had to interrupt them and ask. Now their all speaking spanish to each other looking for my 2 bagels trying to find them. So they start over, grab 2 more bagels and get me out of there, not even an apology. I get home, open the bag and they still got it wrong. So unorganized! I guess its a very very complicated job. I'll never go back. 2 times is enough.

Bagels are alright, my issue is they try to charge you a few extra dollars when you go in there to pick up your food without you realizing. When I placed my order over the phone I was told the breakfast sandwich was $12, when I picked it up it was just about $17. $17 for a breakfast sandwich is outrageous. I called out one of the people in there and he didn’t even have an answer for me. If you go here just watch out, all I have to say.

Superior bagels of many varieties, and excellent accoutrements. Can be busy.

With the amount of money charged for a bagel this is unacceptable I have been coming there for years theses are what I have received numerous tmes, Balls of Bagel thick and not cooked in the middles, Fix it already! Prices for bagels are just over the top!
