I don't understand how ownership and/or management could have all employees at the Warren location, or any location for that matter, who speak practically no English whatsoever. This has happened 2 times before, and 3 strikes and you're out... I ordered a chicken salad on a flagel and a whole wheat everything bagel with butter, paid, and mind you, their prices are not fair or reasonable at all. Way overpriced... Anyhow, this order was to go, so I took my bag in my car, drove off, got to the office, and my flagel with chicken salad was a flagel with tuna salad... and my whole wheat everything bagel with butter, was just a regular everything bagel with butter. Highly disappointing. Mediocre bagels (at best). Way overpriced. Employees who barely speak any English. And you want these people handling your food, when they can't even tell the difference between tuna salad and chicken salad or whole wheat and regular? Not the least bit recommended to anyone. I'm never going back again.

Fast service. Great food!
Omg !! Best bagel ever ! I ordered whole wheat toasted bagel with egg & bacon.. omg! can I say the freshness of this bagel !!! Very clean place !
Bagels are decent. Breakfast sandwiches could be better. They won't grill the bagels or the vegetables so you can only get toasted bagel with cold vegetables.
This was really upsetting. I went to get Bialys but they didn’t have any. They were actually very under prepared for business. I did go in early but if you’re open be ready. I ended up gettting my usual from bagel places “everything bagel, BLT, no mayo, with Light Butter, not toasted”. This took over 20 min. And when I ordered the person taking my order laughed as I was telling her what I wanted, because it was maybe “a lot”. The Sandwich itself was really bad. The tomato was mushy and soaked, they only put one piece of romaine lettuce, the quality of the bacon was like microwave bacon, and the bagel was tasty but small. My wife couldn’t finish hers because it was so wet for some reason. It wasn’t wrapped for line, we ate them in the car.
Staff is the opposite of helpful. The only reason they got a star is because they have rainbow bagels... sometimes:(
Let me start with the two positives which justify the two-star rating. The staff is friendly and pleasant to interact with. When the correct order was received, my breakfast sanwich tasted good. That being said, I won't be going back. My last visit was the last straw for me where they tried to overcharge. I went here approximately 6 times, payed the same overpriced $10.50 each time for the same breakfast sandwich. They tried to charge more this time and only fixed it after I insisted the price was wrong based on past purchases. Of my total visits, the order was wrong at least 3 times. I think part of the issue is taking/writing orders on post-its where full words or clear abbreviations are not used so the exact order can get lost by the time 2 or 3 pairs of eyes have seen it. During my second to last visit, I waited nearly 25 minutes and the order was still wrong. I just had to ask for a refund and leave as I had no more time to waste waiting. I like to support local businesses and everyone deserves a chance to redeem themselves. They've been given a few. This just isn't worth the aggravation.
Bagel bomb with sausage on a toasted garlic bagel....now THAT'S a meal! Their coffee is decent too. Pleasant staff and I gave them five stars for atmosphere because they have comfy sofas to sit and wait at. That's not typical for a bagel establishment!
Taylor ham, egg and cheese.

It's like a small bagel shop but they have very good food. It's in a shopping center with the Acme.
Parking: Subs and other sandwiches, soda, etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: No problems.

First of all way overpriced and the bagels are the size of a mini bagel. I purchased to BEC and 2 plain bagels one with scallion and another with butter and paid $24. The egg doesn't even fit on the bagel, half the egg hangs out of the sides. Can't talk taste as everyone has different taste buds but for me it was nothing crazy, other places taste better.
BUT BUYER BEWARE... Prices are very high and size is very small.

I watched them drop 2 bagels on floor, wait till they could pick them up and use in next order. I attempted to let girl know I saw her and she played no speak english game. I left without my order. Repirting to board of health

This place used to be so good! And now, it is really, really bad! Like the worst bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel I have ever had. It is rather sad how poor this place is nowadays. Don’t go here and wait in line it is not worth it at all
