I'm from Dominican Republic. And I went to this Ice cream Store on Sunday 1st 2024. Two ladies that were in costumer service told me they weren't open on Sunday night, then I found out it was a lie. Bad service.

I went to this Baskin-Robbins in Plainfield. Worst experience of my life. I asked for a two scoop Sunday. They did not have any cups big enough. They put in a two scoop cup. Syrup all over the side. They slid the two scoop cup across the counter. And then attempted to put it into a three scoop cup. So all the germs that were on the counter are now inside my cup. Horrible just plain horrible.

I normally do not leave reviews. Today, I ordered a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Polar Pizza® Ice Cream Treat from door dash. Baskin Robbins didn't have it. Not a problem. The problem that I had with Baskin is that they sent me an Oreo cookies and cream instead. They could have called me to say "hey we don't have it, would you like to cancel or subsitute your order" but instead, they sent whatever" I was told by a lady that worked there that I could send the ice cream back but I can't get my money back because I ordered from door dash ... If door dash wasn't so professional on giving me a refund and a free ice cream that I still don't want. All hell would have broke loose at Baskin if I had to drive there! I have definitely ordered from door dash and Uber eats before when they didn't have what I needed. The store contacted me to let me know and I had an option to either cancel or get a refund. I will not be ordering again from here cause someone will catch these hands! ? I rather give them no stars. I was forced to give one.

The lady with glasses need to work on her people’s skills. Not sure if she had any at the first place. She ignored me twice and served other customer before me. When I asked why she did that, she blatantly ignored and asked her colleague to serve me. If you don’t like your job, then just quit and save your energy. Other people who are potentially way better than you are seeking work opportunities.

When we went we had a lot of different orders we had to place and it was pretty time consuming, however the person working at the register was so incredibly patient. He even pointed out a promotion they were running so we were able to get a free sundae additional to the coupons we used. The person who made our sundaes and drinks was also very polite and really sweet. He even let us add toppings (even though i’m pretty sure those cost extra we weren’t charged). The staff were very friendly even though it was busy. I would definitely come back.
