I ordered food for pickup with my service dog. When I went to get my food, the worker, Donna, refused to serve me. She displayed a very rude attitude and a remarkably entitled personality. It was an extremely frustrating experience, especially since the place was completely empty. I was the only customer and only there for pickup, planning to leave right away. I will never come back with that level of service. Donna should not be working in a customer service job if she treats people like that.

this has to be the worst BK around, if you don't tell them you want your burger hot off the boiler, it's an instant guarantee your meal will be stale, old and cold, Iike why would you give a customer a old burger that's been sitting up in there all day??? At this point I don't even want it on or off boiler, I'll take my money else where.

the food can be a hit or a miss here truthfully . breakfast time everything is made fresh and hot no doubt. lunch time usually, dinner time its a hit or a miss. the staff here(ladies) is usually friendly.

First of all Burger King is so expensive now.. $20 for a whopper meal and mozz sticks.
Secondly I ordered the new fiery strawberry sprite and it was gross so I asked for a plain sprite, no idea why the three girls seemed so bothered and had to have a while discussion about it. I paid 20 bucks for fast food if I want my drink swapped out just do it and do it hastily. It’s not coming out of your wages my god get a grip.

I am not sure what happened...but Burger King use to have the best burgers!! Flame grilled...yummy!!But for some reason presently the food quality is HORRIBLE!! This is my 3rd and final time eating at any Burger King!!! The burgers are old and don't taste good at all. The onion rings are mushy and the fries taste worst than store brand fries that had freezer burn!! DISGUSTING!! PLEASE BURGER KING go back to the fresh delicious food you had years ago!! Or soon won't be a Burger King!!! I am sticking with Wendys!!!

I called in to do a large order for our company, it was short notice. I spoke to Tazmira and she was excellent. It was a very large order of $400 she made sure everything was right, fries were fresh and everything was organized. Will order again in the future because of her.

Whoever the manager is there in the day needs a new job, she was on her phone while taking my order so ofcourse she messed it up, but before I paid I asked her, did you put “this” on there and she looked in my eyes and said yes, I was expecting it not to be there so when it wasn’t I went up and said hey can you fix this and she charged me more then it would have been if she just listened to me the first time, or checked again at the end when I asked if she got it right. When I brought it back she acted like I was senile and as if it was NO WAY it was her fault. I love Burger King but the customer service has been going down the drain last couple years shout-out mickey dees although they hire kids atleast those kids try.
