My experience at this Burger King outrageously surpassed any and all expectations I had. The customer service was top tier. The store manager I believe his name was Antwuan, went ABOVE and BEYOND for me when he didn’t have to. I will never forget how kind he was to me and makes me feel like I shouldn’t go to any other Burger Kings EXCEPT his location! THANK YOU Antwuan and everyone else that helped make my experience a GREAT ONE!!!

It's Burger King, you know what to expect, however, what sets this one apart is the customers service. I come here in the morning to grab a bite because of limited time and there is nothing like having your meal served with a smile and absolute genuine pride in their work that they do. Managers, do good by this awesome Morning smile at the drive thru, she's fantastic! (Apologies, I've never asked her ner name because I respect people's privacy)

I ordered food for pickup with my service dog. When I went to get my food, the worker, Donna, refused to serve me. She displayed a very rude attitude and a remarkably entitled personality. It was an extremely frustrating experience, especially since the place was completely empty. I was the only customer and only there for pickup, planning to leave right away. I will never come back with that level of service. Donna should not be working in a customer service job if she treats people like that.

this has to be the worst BK around, if you don't tell them you want your burger hot off the boiler, it's an instant guarantee your meal will be stale, old and cold, Iike why would you give a customer a old burger that's been sitting up in there all day??? At this point I don't even want it on or off boiler, I'll take my money else where.
