It is a kid-friendly place with a table for little kids and Nickelodeon on the TV. The restaurant can get crowded at night, but the line moves reasonably well. They offer a non-dairy dilly ice cream bar for those with dietary restrictions, which is located in a stand-alone freezer to the left of the entrance. The new Ultimate Cookie Blizzard is also popular. The owners, Lou and Donna, are friendly and approachable. There is ample seating indoors and outdoors, as well as parking available.
