Could you add other flavors, like strawberry, mango, lemon etc? It is a big disappointment that you only have two basic flavors and all shorts of sugary, unhealthy adds on. What happened with the natural flavors like fruits???

I was on the phone with a friend and I overheard the transaction/ conversation between my friends son and HURLEY. Hurley gave him excellent service. He was speaking with the child and not his mom. I felt that was extremely thoughtful. Hurley's customer service was OUTSTANDING! I will be there soon to meet him and get some ice cream. Great job HURLEY and keep us the great service!

Attended a childs birthday party here, it was cool for the kiddos to see the whole place and get to be involved. Staff was excellent, and so was the ice cream. Ms Donna is involved and cares. Very welcoming and clean. Great job!

Stopped in because I was in a mood for banana.Split 2 young girls working.Neither acknowledge me when I was there one was doing.I guess orders to go not sure.What the other one was doing.one of them did come and say I will l be with you after standing there and both wwlkin padt me at least twice each..Stood there another 5 or so minutes decided to walk out.We have to teach our young people to be better customer service employees. Sad part is i'm a resident of plainfield and I have been going there for many years

I needed to order a custom cake, and. hopefully with Japanese writing to wish my niece well. She loves this DQ, and the cake I ordered was perfect, beautiful and the customer service was excellent!!!
Ms. Donna is an absolute treasure to Plainfield and we couldnt be more grateful to still enjoy her family owned Dairy Queen. THEE best ice cream around. Service is always top notch! THEE best ice cream cakes.
