NO honey or lemon for hot tea. Being that it's cold and flu season, honey and lemon is important to get better.
Ask for a HOT coffee and get an iced one in 20 degree weather.
The service is RUSHED and NOT friendly. I asked to speak with a manager, and while speaking with one, the person who served me challenged me!!
Lastly, how does a place run by Muslim's not offer more NON PORK options???

It was okay The girl's attention was okay, I didn't expect her to be so friendly, and the few times I've been there I like how she prepares the coffee. I understand this kind of jobs are stopped and dealing with c/d person in my opinion it is okay - the clean organized place.

Not happy at all with the customer service! The lady in charge or the manager was very rude to my mom, she could have kindly redirected my mom where to pick up the order. Since it was her first time inside the place, my mom felt horrible. I like going to Dunkin donuts but just not this place !

I go to this Dunkin frequently and find one of the workers (maybe the owner woman?) extremely rude. I spent 15 dollars on food and drinks the other day and asked for an extra cup for my kids and she refused to give it to me. Other Dunkin locations are so sweet to my kids and give them free munchkins etc and this lady couldn’t even give me an empty cup with a large order. Really turned me off, will not return.

If you value cleanliness, I would advise against visiting this place. The individuals here are unbelievably unhygienic. I witnessed them sticking their hands into the trash can and then using the same hand to handle our food. Additionally, the cashier accidentally spilled milk on the side of the cup and proceeded to give me the change with the milk-covered hand. It's absolutely repulsive!

The manager is super rude telling me what I can and cannot do. If I paid for something the way I want I get it that way just that simple. And their “espresso machine” has been “broke” for like a year now. To top it off they number to call the store is out of service. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ASAP!!!!!
